** Chapter 11 is a notable example, in which she starts laughing maniacally and almost out of control while she's [[spoiler: attacked by Fluttershy and bleeding from an injury]]. She laughs for a particular reason in that case - laughing like that helps heighten her tolerance for pain.

* WellIntentionedExtremist: What are a few lives in exchange for a harmonious world? [[spoiler: Or rather, a multiverse?]]

* ForceFeeding: Twilight forces her to swallow a type of jellyfish called Irukandji jellyfish, causing her to slowly feel a variety of unpleasant symptoms and inflicting further alterations on her psyche.

* NoNameGiven: Twilight simply refers to her as her conscience whenever she appears. Whether or not she'll gain a name later remains to be seen.

A formerly kind Pegasus who eventually becomes rage-filled due to Twilight's procedures.

* MoralityChain: Tries to act as this toward Twilight. [[IgnoredEpiphany Twilight refuses to listen]].
* NoNameGiven: She's referred to as Twilight's conscience whenever she appears.

One of the most severe cases of MingRape in the entire story, the formerly loyal pegasus becomes a pony who despises the term. Her mind is completely altered so she believes she has lived an entirely different life, one where she has grown to mistrust and loathe everything - including herself.

The central character of ''Pages Of Harmony'' and also the story's BigBad. In an apparent quest to preserve harmony in Equestria, she extracts the pure genetic essence of the Elements of Harmony from her friends. While her complete plan is yet unknown, she claims that her actions will [[UtopiaJustifiesTheMeans achieve a world of harmony and purity. Despite her insistence that her actions are good, she appears to have occasional lapses of guilt, lashing out when accused of being wrong.

Ordinarily a lotal, honest, and hardworking farmpony, she becomes one who is broken, unsure, and too afraid of pain to attempt to tell a lie or truth. She only speaks in questions, leaving it to others to tell her the way of the world.
