Hermina is a young woman from a fishing village from the north. She would marry Berthold and move to Aitheria. Due to complication with their finance, Hermina decided to work in Izakaya Nobu for a while as she and her husband properly settle down.

He originally planned to tax Izakaya Nobu upon finding out about its existence, but changed his mind when Shinobu's Napolitan spaghetti gave him a HealFaceTurn.
