The large pirate crew that serves the Warlord of the Sea Gekko Moriah. It is mainly composed of hordes of Zombies, created by Moriah's power and divided into four categories (Wild Zombies, Surprise Zombies, Soldier Zombie and General Zombie). Alive members include Absalom, chief of the General and Soldier Zombies, Perona the Ghost Princess in charge of the Wild and Surprise Zombie, Doctor Hogback and his bodyguard Cindry and the Elite General Zombie Ryuuma the Samurai with Brook's shadow. Their strongest zombie is the special model # 900, Oars the Devil.

Hancock's pirate crew, is composed by the strongest and toughest Kuja warriors from Amazon Lily, also meaning that they are all women. Their power is known and feared among the people and they can all use Haki. Because of Boa's open unruliness, they are just as likely to attack pirates as the Marine. Moreover, the Sea Serpents they use to pull their ship intimidates Sea Kings, meaning they can freely sail through the Calm Belt, giving an exceptional natural defense to their island. Still after meeting Luffy, they have become secret allies to the Straw Hats.

The more noticeable members are Hancock's sisters Sandersonia and Marigold, as well as the recently recruited Marguerite, Sweetpea and Aphelandra.

Known as Sonia for short, she's Boa Hancock's little sister, though you might not get it [[BigLittleBrother comparing their heights]], and the middle one of the Gorgon Sisters. Along with her sisters, she was a slave of the [[AristocratsAreEvil World Nobles]] and was released by Fisher Tiger; since then, she and her sisters have been living a lie about why their backs cannot be shown, claiming that they have Gorgon eyes on their backs and anyone who sees them turns to stone, when in actuality they have "The Hoof of the Celestial Dragon" on their backs, marking them as property of the World Nobles.

She's the most emotional of the sisters, as she's usually quite cheerful but at the same time brusts into crying much more easily when thinking about her past, while in combat she teases and torment her opponent. She and Marigold are very devoted to her sister Boa Hancock, and will support her in any choice.

She's one of the elite Kujia warriors, and has eaten the Snake-Snake Fruit (''Hebi Hebi no Mi''), Anaconda model (although not by choice) which allows her to become a large and strong woman-snake. One of the officer agents of Baroque Works. He is regarded as the smartest of the officers and only got the position of "Mr. 3" because of that. He ate the Wax-Wax Fruit (''Doru Doru no Mi'') which allows him to create and control candle wax at will.

He faces the Straw Hats at Little Garden and gets defeated, after which he then travels to Alabasta to try and tell Mr. 0 about them, but gets fed to a giant bananadile. Thankfully, he turns out to be still alive and helps the captured Straw Hats and Smoker escape creating a wax key.

One of the officer agents of Baroque Works. He is regarded as the smartest of the officers and only got the position of "Mr. 3" because of that. He ate the Wax-Wax Fruit (''Doru Doru no Mi'') which allows him to create and control candle wax at will.

He faces the Straw Hats at Little Garden and gets defeated, after which he then travels to Alabasta to try and tell Mr. 0 about them, but gets fed to a giant bananadile. Thankfully, he turns out to be still alive and helps the captured Straw Hats and Smoker escape creating a wax key.

After the events at Alabasta, he is sent to Impel Down, where he befriends Buggy and assists in a break out, then heads with Luffy to Marineford and finally joins Buggy's crew.

* ArcVillain: Of the Little Garden arc. He's not the only villain in said arc, but he's the main threat.
* {{BFS}}: Make one out of wax to pin Brogy's hand in place.
* ButtMonkey: Fate just loves to crap all over him, as he's not taken very seriously outside of the Little Garden arc (And to an extent, even in that arc). It improves a bit in Marineford, though.

He then made a replacement key for Ace's shackles after Kizaru broke the original. He did all this in honor of his former comrade Mr. 2, someone he had shown [[HeroicSacrifice almost nothing]] but disdain for up till that point.
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: On Little Garden, Luffy uses the fire on his hair to light ablaze the wax sculpture encasing his friends.
* HypercompetentSidekick: He's the only person among Buggy's Impel Down escapee followers to realize that Buggy's being overhyped, and tries to talk Buggy down when he's in over in his head.
* ImaginationBasedSuperpower: His powers are almost ComicBook/GreenLantern levels of versatile; were it not for the WeaksauceWeakness mentioned below, he'd probably be even ''higher'' in Baroque Works' food-chain.
* ImprobableHairstyle: It's in the shape of a "3". When using his powers it's on fire.
* InsufferableGenius: Yeah, he's smart. But he's also a total prick. Jailtime helps fix that.
* LogicalWeakness: As hard as he can make it become, wax is still just wax, so fire melts it right off.
* MadArtist: His idea of "art" is trapping his victims in wax, essentially turning them into life-sized wax statues, and having his partner Miss Goldenweek paint them.
* MundaneUtility: One of the primary uses of his powers in later arcs is making keys out of his wax, which is ''damn'' useful considering how many people get locked up in Seastone handcuffs.
* PoweredArmor: His ''Candle Champion'', it even looks (and in the anime, sounds) like a [[HumongousMecha giant robot]].

The commander of the wild zombies and Perona's servant (being based on her teddy-bear). He's a large zombie bear with white and light-blue striped patches, some bandages on his arms and lower body and a zipper on his back. He also wears a big white and blue hat and a surgical mask on his mouth. He's very loyal to Perona and attacks anyone who tries to harm her.

* TakenForGranite : Happens to her, Sweet Pea and Aphelandra after they revealed they were the ones who found Luffy. She got better after Luffy's fight with Sandersonia and Marigold, though.

* EvenTheGirlsWantHer: When she first revealed her new self in Loguetown, more than a few women were smitten along with the men.

* FormerlyFat: After eating the Slip Slip Fruit she loses all the excess weight.
