It uses the M3 (E46) again as the base model (though the M3 GTR body kit is available for purchase for this car), albeit using said body kit applied. However, it has (among other things) the wrong wheels, windshield, tire stickers, and utilizes the standard inline-6 engine sound.

Ronnie is a young, rich delinquent of Irish descent (even if he [[PrettyFlyForAWhiteGuy acts like a stereotypical ghetto gangster]] and one of Razor's two CoDragons alongside Bull. After the player was arrested, he graduated and got his Aston Martin [=DB9=] as a graduation gift. Despite his unconventional behavior, Ronnie is noted to be a skilled racer.

* AxCrazy: Driver variant, but Kaze is the closest example of a nutcase shown in the entire series. Her 5-1-0 bio even lampshades it by calling her "damaged goods".

* MeaningfulName: Her nickname "Kaze" is short for Kamikaze (神風, "divine wind" or "spirit wind"), after the Japanese military aviators who flew suicide attacks for the Empire of Japan against Allied naval vessels in the closing stages of the Pacific campaign of World War II, fitting her crazy, near-suicidal driving style. It's also a term associated with recklessness- and Kaze most definitely DrivesLikeCrazy.

* InfinityMinusOneSword: Ming's Gallardo is outfitted with Ultimate parts that aren't obtainable until you beat Ronnie, with the notable exception of Nitrous -- and Ultimate Nitrous becomes available upon beating Ming. If you get his Gallardo and upgrade it with that, you can use it to save money while going through the last 5 Blacklists members, if not straight-up use it against Razor.

* InfinityMinusOneSword: In the same vein as Ming with his Corvette C6 in this regard -- if you missed Ming's Gallardo, his car is similarly equipped with Ultimate parts except Nitrous, so if you win his car then fit it with Ultimate Nitrous (which you already have), it can do the same role. If you do win Ming's car though, his car makes a great backup car if the Gallardo needs to cool down after pursuits or is impounded.

* InfinityMinusOneSword: Exactly the same deal as Webster's Corvette and Ming's Gallardo, his car is equipped with Ultimate performance parts (except for N20 which is set to Super Pro). Not only that, but its heavy weight allows it to ram police vehicles with no difficulty in pursuits.

* TheBusCameBack: Razor himself makes a special return during the "Return of Razor" event in ''No Limits''. He possibly appears to be TheDreaded after staying behind bars back in Rockport. Here, he [[TookALevelInKindness mellows out slightly]] for this event.
** Razor returned to Blackridge again during the "Need for Speed: Urban Legend" event, just to give it one last go. With Razor seeing the player with the iconic BMW M3 GTR, he goes MacGuffin once more as if he'd go for another VehicularSabotage again.

* CasanovaWannabe: Razor constantly hits and flirt on Mia, even he has girls around him. He fails spectacularly, mainly because Mia despises him.

* DeadpanSnarker: Part of his hard attitude is his sarcastic pattern of speech.

* ForegoneConclusion: During the prologue, it's a surefire thing that the VehicularSabotage Razor has done before the flashbacks started will result in the M3 GTR failing and you losing the race.

* IShallTauntYou: As part of this {{Jerkass}} personality, he even goes as far as mocking the player by calling them "sweetheart".

* LaserGuidedKarma: [[spoiler: He gets taken down by Mia and later arrested by the Rockport Police Deparment. His pride and errors in his ways has become his ultimate downfall.]]

* MasterOfAll: Unlike the other Blacklist members who are {{Extremity Extremist}}s, Razor is skilled in everything. Circuit races, sprint races, speed traps, infractions, cost to state, immobilizing police vehicles, you name it. Ironically, before he stole the M3 GTR, Razor was closer to a MasterOfNone, as he occupies the #15 spot, implying he's either new or he just plain sucks at driving.

* ScrewThisImOuttaHere: In ''No Limits'', should you defeat Razor in the ''Return of Razor'' event, Razor will leave Blackridge for good, as he [[SoreLoser can’t take his defeat seriously]].

* TormentByAnnoyance: Among the most frequent voice mail senders is Razor, who enjoys mocking and taunting the player through it.

** The M3 GTR later returns in ''[[VideoGame/NeedForSpeedCarbon Carbon]]'' as it is a direct sequel to ''Most Wanted''. It was totaled for good while escaping from Cross, but you get to drive it in Quick Race mode after completing a reward card as well as one of the races in the Challenge Series.

** In ''[[VideoGame/NeedForSpeedUndercover Undercover]]'', you can customize the base model of the E46 M3 with an immediate vinyl preset that can resemble said car. It can also be color changed.
** ''[[VideoGame/NeedForSpeedWorld World]]'' also has this, but using the road-going version. However, using one of the aftermarket spoilers in disguise to uncannily resemble the actual race version.
** ''[[VideoGame/NeedForSpeedTheRun The Run]]'' returns as part of the ''[[DownloadableContent Heroes and Villains Pack]]''. It uses the (E92) M3 GTS as the base model instead.

** ''No Limits'' returns as part of the "Return of Razor" special event with Razor himself returning as well. It uses the F82 BMW M4 as the base model and uses a unique kind of vinyl.

Upon the player reaching [=#2=] on the Blacklist, they challenge Razor once more to reclaim and win back the M3 GTR he took. While Razor refuses to surrender the keys after his loss, Mia takes them from his hands. Razor attempted to retaliate, but was taken down and later arrested by Cross and the RPD, along with the 14 other members, which puts the Blacklist to an end, once and for all.
