* BorrowedCatchphrase: Liberally uses All Might's "I am here!" catchphrase when he either arrives onto the scene inelegantly or when he's about to sneak attack someone in a decidedly unheroic fashion. He utters it one last time in a more dramatic and heartfelt fashion when [[spoiler:he assures his daughter that he isn't going to leave her.]]

A series a villains who use the Quirk enhancing drug Trigger. Come in two varieties: There are Impromptu villains, people who take Trigger at random, both intentionally and unintentionally, and end up on rampages. Then there are Next-Level Villains, who have been surgically modified into giant, powerful, monstrous beings. The physical transformations for Next-Level Villains are permanent, but the power fades without more Trigger doses.

* FaceOfAThug: Granted, he ''is'' a thug in the present day, but in the past he actually had noble ideals, and he cares for his friends [[spoiler: enough to fight Stendhal alone]].

* ElementalArmor: His Quirk allow him to harden his skin into rock-like armor.

A 19 year-old Pop☆Step fan, and also former Impromptu/Next-Level Villain.

* {{Animorphism}}: His Quirk allows a partial transformation into an electric eel but its only ever seen under the effects of trigger. His initial dose gives him a giant eel form with stubby limbs but post-op they're huge and he's more humanoid.

* TrueCompanions: With Ichimoku and Jube . They bond over their shared love of Pop☆Step, and the two barely bat an eye at Teruo's new form.

* AmbiguousSituation: While its clear he's a Trigger user, it's effects are unclear. Was his normal Quirk the his speed or his wings, and which was the effect of Trigger? Is he even on Trigger when we see him in the story?

* AnimalMotifs: His wings are very bat-like,and while running he drapes his them around himself like a bat.

* MeaningfulName: [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sturm_und_Drang Sturm und Drang]] (German for "storm and drive/urge/stress") is a literary movement that emphasizes individual subjectivity and free expression against the restraints of rationalism, which is reflected in the brothers' view of society as cage for their wild natures.

* BlessedWithSuck: Probably one of the best examples. His Quirk allows him to blow himself up, and its not something he can completely control. If his fuse comes in contact with a heat source, the he and anything close to him goes boom.

* TakingYouWithMe: He planned to blow himself and a police station full of cops and heros.

An old yakuza organization based off ComicBook/{{The Avengers}} that debuted in Chapter 9+ Alpha.

** Rojiya is TheLeader and uses manhole covers in a similar fasion to the way that ComicBook/{{Captain America}} uses his shield.

* IcarusAllusion: [[InvokedTrope Invoked]]. His special move, Icarus Falling Ecstasy, involves him flying towards the sun, and falling back down to the ground. He does this on purpose to get off.

Jiro and Ichiro Hotta, two drug dealers that deal a normal, legal version of Trigger to help stop balding and erectile dysfunction. They don't have any licence to sell the stuff, but avoid arrest by working with the pro hero Eraserhead.

* SmallRoleBigImpact: He sent Tsukauchi to request All Might's help in dealing with the Trigger outbreak, specifically telling him to talk to his secretary manager, Toshinori Yagi, if All Might wasn't available. This situation led to Tsukauchi learning that Toshinori Yagi IS All Might, just in his skinny form, and leading to him and All Might becoming friends.

* AbsurdlySharpBlade: Her Quirk, Snip Clip, allows her to slice apart nearly anything she can get between her pointer and middle fingers by making a scissor motion with them. It's powerful enough to easily cut through the limbs of solid steel worker exoskeletons, but it's obviously limited by the space between her fingers. For a bigger cut she can also use her legs and cut anything between them too.

* EarlyBirdCameo: Not her herself, but the brand she represents [[https://twitter.com/CDCubed/status/1005877460167208965 apeared in chapter 132 of the main manga.]]

* CoordinatedClothes: Their idol costumes are the same in terms of style and material, with the colors being inverted between the two. All of the other cloths they're seen wearing are the same between the two.

* IdolSinger: Their a twin idol duo.

A four person dance group called to perform at the Marukane Department Store Live Event, the president of which has a crush on the leader of the Mad Hatters.

* LuminescentBlush: They get this alot.
* NonstandardCharacterDesign: Their drawn much more moe style.
* TokenMiniMoe: They look significantly younger then any of the other Marukane performers.

* FireForgedFriends: Downplayed. They're fighting each other in their introductory chapter, but in all subsequent appearances they seem to be friends.

* AntagonisticOffspring: [[spoiler:Is somewhat this to Knuckle Duster. While she is not incomplete control over herself as Kuin, flashbacks show that the she and her father did have a rocky relationship.]]

In a fit of anger: she steals the rag Kouichi was using to clean Rin up, locks herself in the bathroom, begins '''huffing''' the rag (which is covered in Rin's vomit mind you!), and then plots to destroy Kouichi for daring to care about 'her' Rin

An Impromptu Villain who goes on a rampage in Chapters 3 and 9.

* ScrewThisImOuttaHere: When Stendhal starts getting the better of him, he uses the cop's arrival to make his escape. [[spoiler:He doesn't get far though, Stendhal tracks him down and kills.]]

Two former Impromptu Villains who are friends with Souga. Raputo's Quirk gives him his lizard apperance and Moyuru's Quirk gives him a small flame on top of his head.

** Chapter 30 confirms that he was indeed on Trigger.

* TheBusCameBack: After a prolonged absence since his arrest, he returns in chapter 30, only this time having undergone a semi-permanent OneWingedAngel due to surgical treatment from a third party. Returned with a vendetta against Crawler and Ingenium for outspending him last time as well.

* OneWingedAngel: Under Trigger's influnce, the user transforms into a more monsterous version of themselves.
* RedRightHand: The sign of a Trigger user is that their tounge is blackend at the tip.

A villain known for recklessly speeding down highways and causing accidents. He's eventually captured by Ingenium with the help of the vigilantes. He debuted in Chapter 7.

* TheBusCameBack: After a prolonged absence since his arrest, he returns in chapter 30, only this time having undergone a semi-permanent OneWingedAngel due to surgical treatment from a third party. Returned with a vendetta against Crawler and Ingenium for outspeeding him last time as well.

* ForTheEvulz: He doesn't realy have a reason to do what he does, aside from personal enjoyment.
* ManiacTongue: He hangs his long tounge out while he runs. This reveals that he is a Trigger user.

* CurbStompBattle: Ichimoku and Juubei beat the hell out of him after he take out Kouichi.

A detective on the police force, his main focus being the Trigger outbreak.

A former Next-Level Villain that's close too the Hotta Brothers. He was kidnapped by the Villain Factory and transformed into a giant mantis monster, before being let loose and detained by the police. After being released, he laments his new form, seeing it as nothing but a hindrance to his daily life.
