A mysterious Illuminati-esque council that keeps watch over Dethklok.monitors Dethklok, and discusses whatever activities they engage in. They seemingly fear that Dethklok is a part of an ancient, apocalyptic Sumerian prophecy called the [[TitleDrop Metalocalypse]], and spend the series slowly making steps to stop them. Experts are frequently brought in to relay further information on whatever Dethklok is doing at the time.

The full extent of Salacia's plan has been revealed.
