!! Slur.EXE
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/slur.jpg]]
!!!''Voiced by: Creator/AkenoWatanabe (JP)''
An anime-only character, Slur is a servant of Duo, although she has a few agendas of her own regarding humankind.
----
* AmbiguousGender: While fansubs use female pronouns for the character, Slur's appearance and voice are androgynous, and there's no concrete reference to "her" gender in the Japanese version, or English official materials for that matter. It's possible that Slur was intended to be a genderless being like Serenade.
* AssholeVictim: After causing so much trouble for the heroes throughout ''Stream'' and actively trying to convince Duo that Earth should be destroyed, nobody is fazed when [[spoiler:Bass runs his arm through her torso]].
* CurbStompBattle: Every time somebody tries to fight her ends with her effortlessly beating her opponents to near death. However, [[spoiler:she is on the receiving end of one after Bass uses Nebula Grey's powers against her]].
* TheDragon: Acts as Duo's herald during ''Stream''.
* FamilyUnfriendlyDeath: [[spoiler: Bass impales her from behind with ''his own bare hand'', then crushes her head while said arm is still lodged in her chest.]]
* HumansAreBastards: And so, she thinks it is her duty to destroy them.
* InvincibleVillain: She never loses, ever. [[spoiler:At least until she's finally killed by Bass.]]
* KarmaHoudiniWarranty: After having spent pretty much the entire series being immune to pretty much everything and not being punished for [[FixingTheGame trying to rig Duo's judgement of Earth]], [[spoiler:Bass returns stronger than ever to brutally destroy her]] in Stream's final episode.'
* KnightTemplar: A particularly evil one.
* LightIsNotGood: Most of her attacks are light-based, but don't expect anything good from her.
* NighInvulnerable: Prior to [[spoiler:Bass killing her]], she appeared indestructible, surviving three Program Advances fired at her simultaneously.
* NoSell: To '''EVERYTHING'''. Even getting hit with three Program Advances at once didn't phase her.
* NotSoInvincibleAfterAll: After being featured prominently easily defeating anybody who tried to fight her [[spoiler: Stream's finale has Bass taking sweet revenge on her for an earlier defeat.]]
* NotSoWellIntentionedExtremist: Despite claiming to defend the universe, her selfish motivations boil down to culling anything and everything she deems inferior.
* RedEyesTakeWarning: Slur has red pupils and is one of the most destructive and vicious Navis in the anime.
* ShockAndAwe: Some of her attacks are electricity-based.
* TheSociopath: As bad as Duo was, she's even worse, having some standards he has regarding fair play when judging a planet, she has none if she had her way she's destroy the Earth herself.
* SuspiciouslySimilarSubstitute: To Serenade, who never appears in anime. Like Serenade, Slur is an androgynous, light-themed [=NetNavi=] of immense power who kicks Bass' ass in their first encounter. Though unlike Serenade, Slur is pure evil.
* TreacherousAdvisor: She is unconditionally loyal to Duo, but she's actively trying to sway him into deciding that humans are not worthy to live.

!! Mameo
* GreenThumb: Is given Asteroid [=PlantMan=] by Slur.
* {{Irony}}: Went from hating vegetables to happily eating them.
* KarmaHoudini: One of the few Asteroid Navi operators not to get in trouble. Justified since [[ChildrenAreInnocent he's a kid]] and [=PlantMan=]'s fault for taking things too far. Granted, given how Chaud was restraining Lan, its possible he was planning on getting physical.
* PickyEater: Hates vegetables.
* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: He only wanted to avoid eating vegetables himself, not to stop others from eating them much less causing a food shortage.
* TagalongKid: The only person given an Asteroid Navi that isn't an adult.

!! Yui Hazuki
* BornUnlucky: Some things are her own fault like forgetting dropping her name tag preventing her from getting paid for the day, others are not such as a copier breaking as soon as she touches it.
* CuteClumsyGirl: Almost nothing goes her way.
* DishingOutDirt: Given Asteroid [=StoneMan=] by Slur.
* NiceJobBreakingItHero: Uses [=StoneMan=]'s dimensional chip thinking it would get rid of him and undo the trouble he caused, not knowing it would let him attack the real world.
* TakenForGranite: Temporarily had this ability thanks to Asteroid [=StoneMan=].

!! Mac and Harry
* ArsonMurderAndJaywalking: Mac worries about the [=NetPolice=] fixing their old computer since it'll reveal their names, address and favorite manga.

* FatAndSkinny: Mac is skinny and Harry is fat.
* GravityMaster: Given Asteroid [=GravityMan=] by Slur.
* WeightWoe: They use [=GravityMan=]'s powers to make Manuela think she's going through this so she the lack of food and excessive amount of exercise will kill her and prevent them from investigating them when one of their computers was lost to the [=NetPolice=].
* TooDumbToLive: [[StatingTheSimpleSolution Lan asks why they didn't simply use [=GravityMan=]]] to [[DestroyTheEvidence destroy their old computer]] rather than making Manuela die from exhaustion. Not to mention the only reason they were caught was because they decided to sneak aboard the submarine Manuela was on to better control the situation.

!! Iriya
* EvenEvilHasStandards: Is content with beating Laika in a fencing contest and stealing Japanese weapons, but goes against [=YamatoMan=]'s idea of killing the enemy to achieve victory.
* EverythingsBetterWithSamurai: Subverted when its an arrogant and bloodthirsty alien samurai.
* EvilFormerFriend: Downplayed. He's Laika's friend, but eventually regrets his actions and tries to protect him from [=YamatoMan=] and when immediately overpowered, Laika returns the favor and forgives him.
* KarmaHoudini: He's not shown suffering any real consequences, however given his regret its possible Laika arranged a more lenient punishment for him.
* {{Samurai}}: Given Asteroid [=YamatoMan=] by Slur.
* WickedCultured: He's interested in Japanese culture, mainly their weapons from the samurai/ninja era.

!! Ken
* BittersweetEnding: He gets arrested for his car thefts, but is reunited with his girlfriend and the mob boss who kidnapped her is arrested as well.

* StuffBlowingUp: Given Asteroid [=NapalmMan=] by Slur until he wandered into Fyrefox's P.E.T.

!! Romeda Ando
* FortuneTeller: She is one who specializes in helping women with love issues.
* PunnyName: Her name comes from the Andromeda constellation.
* StarPower: Given Asteroid [=StarMan=] by Slur.

!! Asteroid [=BombMan=]'s operator
* NoNameGiven: The only Asteroid Navi operator who doesn't have a name. [=BombMan=] simply refers to him as "operator".
* StuffBlowingUp: Given Asteroid [=BombMan=] by Slur.
* TooDumbToLive: Used [=BombMan=] to attack the bank he worked at and attacked other banks to make it more difficult to get caught, but got nervous and developed physical health problems and had to be hospitalized. As Lan notes, it wasn't very smart of him.

!! Creamland General
* BlowYouAway: Given Asteroid [=AirMan=] by Slur.
* EvenEvilHasStandards: Orders [=AirMan=] not to hurt Princcess Pride.
* KarmaHoudini: Depends on how you look at it. He doesn't face any actual consequences, but also dies.
* KilledOffForReal: One of the few human characters to die.
* RetiredBadass: Pride said he had to retire due to health problems, but is able to operate [=AirMan=] and able to create enough clones to make an army.
* TragicVillain: At least Laika thinks so, having been manipulated by Slur and dying.
* WellIntentionedExtremist: Only wanted to protect his country, but the less than civilized history between Creamland and Sharo makes him think Sharo is trying to take a piece of land between the two countries and destroy Creamland.

!! Kawase

* ExtraOreDinary: Given Asteroid [=SwordMan=] by Slur.
* {{Greed}}: Uses [=SwordMan=] to rob banks to have the money for a luxurious lifestyle.

* PlayingWithFire: Sets up fire traps in his hideout in case anybody finds out about his robberies and personally throws one at Miyabi.

! ''Rockman.EXE Beast''

!! Trill.EXE
!!!''Voiced by: Creator/NorikoShitaya (JP)''

This young and childish Navi only appears in the anime. Trill is known as the Synchronizer, and has taken an immense liking to Mega Man for protecting him and Iris against the worshipers of Falzar and Gregar. Eventually Trill allows Mega Man to gain the ability to Beast-Out, thus gaining the powers of either of the two beasts, but Mega Man loses control and attacks anything in sight if Iris is not there as well.

* ChekhovsGunman: Trill's data breaks apart at the end of Beast, forcing Rockman to absorb his data in order to become the new Synchronizer. Come the Beast+ finale, Netto and Rockman get absorbed by Cache. Cue Trill's data manifesting, freeing the two and allowing them to break free so they can fight back.
