* CorruptedCharacterCopy: To [[Film/TheLittleShopOfHorrors Seymour Krelborn]] in feeding humans to plants before becoming meals themselves. But while Seymour is a bumbling man that was in over his head with Audrey Jr., Archimedel has a no qualms over feeding human remains to the Jyamato and willingly allowed himself to be eaten.

* AlasPoorVillain: It spends its final moments surrounded by the Pawn Jyamato it helped grow, bidding farewell to its "children" and wishing for them to find happiness.
* AnArmAndALeg: Loses an arm after being beaten by Neon. It actually survives this.

* BodyBackupDrive: At the end of #31, Archimedel allows the Dunkleosteus Jyamato to eat him, copying his memories onto it and allowing it to assume his form in the process.
* ClimaxBoss: In #30, although not for Ace. It's fought and defeated by Neon and Kyuun together.
* DiscOneFinalBoss: He's the one cultivating the Jyamato in a body far tougher than ordinary Jyamato, but its death by Ace and Michinaga does not end the Jyamato threat for good.
* EvilVersusEvil: Even though Buffa is on his side, it still views him as an obstacle to achieving an ideal world for the Jyamato. Once the Desire Royale gets initiated, it's perfectly willing to attack him.
* FossilRevival: It is found in a fossilized form instead of being grown in the Jyamar Garden.
* FusionDance: Archimedel tells it to eat him, not only healing it, but granting him his form, intelligence, and memories, more or less fusing the two together.
* GeniusBruiser: After devouring Archimedel, it gains his intelligence in addition to its own toughness.
* GodzillaThreshold: Archimedel raises it when Beroba decides to up the ante against the DGP Riders.
* IdentityAbsorption: It consumes Archimedel, and gains his appearence and consciousness.

* SandIsWater: It can dive into solid surfaces like they're water, allowing it to ambush Keiwa during his round and to bring Neon to the Matador fight.
* SuperToughness: The Dunkleosteus Jyamato is absurdly tough, capable of taking far more punishment without dying than other Jyamato. To note, having its arm and half its torso blown off isn't enough to kill it and not an episode later it's managed to fully regenerate.

* TheAssimilator: Being fed the corpses of Kamen Riders killed during the DPG along with their Core [=ID=]s is a factor in their evolution, causing them to acquire the memories and personality traits of the deceased.

* TranshumanTreachery: ZigZagged. He was a member of the DPG staff, but he supported the Jyamato long before having the Dunkleosteus Jyamato eat him.

* CreateYourOwnVillain: Deconstructed. The DGP wanted to give the Kamen Riders opposition in their games in monsters with a KillAllHumans mentality, but Jyamato have evolved to the point of eventually rebelling against their creators.

* TheAssimilator: Being fed the corpses of Kamen Riders killed during the DPG along with their Core [=ID=]s is a factor in their evolution.

* FusionDance: He allows the Dunkleosteus Jyamato to devour him, healing it and granting it his form and memories in the process.

* HumanResources: Uses his own blood to heal the Dunkleosteus Jyamato. He later feeds himself to it outright.

* PapaWolf: Crazy though he may be, he deeply cares about his Jyamato "children", to the point where he feeds himself to the Dunkleosteus Jyamato in order to heal it.

* EvilDuo: Briefly forms a sort of duo with Michinaga that he had with the original Toru. Compared to Michinaga, Toru seems to be calm and collected one.

* ContrastingSequelAntagonist: Like [[Series/KamenRiderExAid the Bugsters]] before them, the Jyamato are monsters who serve as the "enemies" of the game they are in, [[spoiler:and can also take on human appearance should they evolve enough.]] While the Bugsters originated from a computer virus, the Jyamato are grown in a garden by a human.

* HumanResources: Jyamato are grown using the broken Core [=IDs=] from slain Riders; Archimedel keeps a big bag of them in his greenhouse, along with multiple baskets full of Desire Drivers. #14 introduces the more horrifying possibility that the souls or memories of the dead Riders themselves are being used as resources in this process. #16 implies their bodies are being used as fertilizer.

* CompositeCharacter: Kind of. It copies Archimedel's personality onto itself after devouring him.

* CloningBlues: [[spoiler:Even though it has Toru's memories and personality, Michinaga doesn't regard it as the same person as Toru.]]

* FlowerMotifs: Some of the few meanings of the common sunflower are [[spoiler:happiness and peace, a reflection of Daichi's HeelFaceTurn and his usage of them for more heroic and benevolent purposes]].

* HeelRaceTurn: [[spoiler:Unlike the other Jyamato, Daichi designed the Himawari Jyamato to be heroic and advocate for peace, as seen with a couple of them helping Win fight against a Game Master and more of them holding off The End Riders from killing each other.]]

* BotanicalAbomination: They're (generally) humanoid creatures that serve as the antagonists of the DGP... and are grown in a greenhouse.

* EvilIsNotAToy: Despite warnings, the DGP higher ups seem entirely oblivious to the fact the Jyamato are becoming rapidly becoming more powerful, intelligent, and dangerous with each passing round and Archimedel actively wants to destroy the DGP, kill off humanity, and replace them with Jyamato.
