The main protagonist, Sento is a theoretical physicist suffering from amnesia. He uses his abilities to transform into Kamen Rider Build, in order to fight the Smash and learn the truth about himself.

* AntiHero: His premiere appearance in KamenRiderExAid had him show up to take a sample of Emu's essence and then, in contrast to how new and old protagonists would briefly team-up during the finale of the current series, leaving the heroes to deal with the pandemic themselves when he couldn't get it.
* CatchPhrase: Tends to say "Wait a minute" a lot.
* {{Expy}}: To [[Series/KamenRiderAgito Shouichi Tsugami]] due to being an amnesiac oddball who is a Kamen Rider. Is also one to [[Series/KamenRider Takeshi Hongo]] himself due to his genius level intellect.
* IdiotHair: Often happens when he does something silly or gets ahead of himself.
* LaserGuidedAmnesia: He can't remember much about his past, save that he was experimented on by Nightrogue.

A former prize fighter disqualified for cheating, convicted of murdering a scientist investigating the Pandora Box. Like Sento, he was experimented on, but managed to escape and now takes refuge with Sento.
