It is unkonwn if this is the same individual as the Nova that is affiliated to GIRLS.

A kaiju girl with an unknown background, she was caught by Satsuki's Dark Zone and was trapped in there until she was rescued by Black Directive when Satsuki recreate the Dark Zone...only to be recruited by the Black Stars after finding the out the kaiju that she inherited her soul from.

[[{{CantHoldHisLiquor}} Can't Hold Her Liquor]]: Due to Black Directive's slight mistake by feeding her alcohol-mixed chocolates, she unwillingly start havoc around the city in her enlarged shell form while drunken!

* DarkAndTroubledPast: Her childhood is not exactly the bright one; Shortly after her mother dies, her father founded a questionable religious organization and had committed various fraud crimes through it. Said father even forced her to act as a living deity until he was arrested after his crime was exposed. Mio is then under the care of the child care facility, until one day that she injures the other children due to her kaiju girl instinct. She is then taken in by her uncle in Ryugamori following the incident and had since distant herself from the others.

She has DarkAndTroubledPast due to her nature as a kaiju girl as she awoken it as a child, and the series of events leds to her hating herself and had no hope on her and other people co-existing together.

One day, however, she saved a young girl, Jun Hiyoshi, from being drown in the river using her abilities in what now called the Mishirushi river flood incident. It was from there that Mio realized, that she and the girls with similar abilities can help people using the abilities they have. After the incident, she reveal her identity as what now known as a kaiju girl, to the public, and this helps the establishment of GIRLS.

The leader of the mysterious organization Blackstars, she is self-centered and overconfident. Together with Silver Bloome and Nova, she working toward the goal which is invade the earth, though her motive is currently unknown.

A high-school girl who had recently awaken her ability as a kaiju girl and recruited by Blackstars. Like Izumi in the novel series, she inherited the kaiju soul of Alien Pegassa.

Because of this, she likes to bathing frequently.[[note]]Though according to director Minoru Ashina, she was shocked to find out that she's carries the kaiju soul of a kaiju who is known for extreme odor, causing her to bathing frequently.[[/note]]

Unlike Black Directive, she doesn't have any interest in invading earth, and is often seen finding interest things on the internet through social media. She also has bottomless appetite.

A human male who is a fan of Clala. He is the first on-screen victim of the being possessed by the Shadow Mist and went rampage at Clala's expo, only to be stopped by Miko who has arrived to the scene.

Young and beautiful, Ms.Dori is the mother of Sachiko. Ms.Dori is also a kaiju girl who inherited the kaiju soul of the Mother Zandrias, though she doesn't let her daughter or the GIRLS know about this. [[note]]With the exceptions of Reika and Benio, who saw her in her kaiju girl form and were told by her to keep it a secret.[[/note]] Counting those from the novel series, Ms.Dori is much older than the rest of the kaiju girls.

As a kaiju girl, She single-handedly defeated the shadows on her own with no trouble in her debut episode.

* EyeBeams: As a kaiju girl who inherited Mother Zandrias's soul, Ms.Dori has the ability to shoot the eye beams.
* WingedHumanoid: Just like her daughter, Ms.Dori has a pair of dragon-like wings on her back in her kaiju girl form.

A cocky person and a workaholic, she does almost any missions, from battle, searching for stray kaiju girl and bodyguarding. However, she later revealed that the reason why she force herself to take any kind of missions is because she doesn't want to taint the name of the invincible Alien Guts.[[note]]In ''[=Ultra Seven=]'', Alien Guts claims that he is invincible, having won in many conflicts.[[/note]]

It was later revealed that for unknown reason, she was partially possessed by the shadow mist. However, Miko unconsciously create a duplicate in her sleep and the shadow mist possessed the duplicate instead. This resulted in the the birth of Shadow Guts.
