* MsFanservice: All of them are tall, well-endowed beautiful women in highly revealing costumes, complete with frequent MaleGaze shots.

* GunNut: Despite of dislike of her mercenary work, Misha still professes a love of firearms and works in Siggy's gun store in her spare time.

to:

* FictionalCountry: Misha isn't actually Russian (she just did mercenary work for them), but is from an unnamed Eastern European country that doesn't exist in real life.

* TokenMinority: Japanese, and the only non-white member of the Kamen Corps.

* InnocentlyInsensitive: In regards to Vicki, which is part of what drove her to villainy. She would often refer to Vicki as "Carly's friend", which got on Vicki's nerves. When Sylvia and Carly made amends, and Carly invited her to the Kamen Corps, Sylvia actually referred to her as Vicki. * JerkassToOne: Sylvia was always a nice person, who wanted nothing more than to be able to help people. However, she had a dislike for Carly (which sometimes manifested as CondescendingCompassion, but other times just being mean) and envied her for her friendships and drive. During their rivalry, Sylvia frequently trashed on Carly, and Carly alone, until they finally reconciled and became friends. This fact is lampshaded by Misha when Sylvia wholeheartedly apologizes to them for being mean upon first joining the Kamen Corps.

-->Misha: You mostly just trashed Carly, so no grudges here, really.

* CondescendingCompassion: ZigZagged. Back in high school, Sylvia gives Carly a book of French haute culture to help her improve her craft. She actually did mean well even despite knowing Carly didn't like her, and Carly does find it useful when she studies it (much to her surprise). But, there was also a clear undertone of smug superiority to it, and a desire to lord her contribution over Carly's success, that clearly made Carly angry and which Sylvia knowingly reveled in.

Misha's family owned and ran Ningen, a PrivateMilitaryContractor organization, and Misha was trained in military skills since she was very young. After she was hit by space debris and obtained fire powers, she took the name "Meteor" and was sent into the field to take some missionaries hostage, but Carly talked her into letting them go. She later defected to America, joined Carly, and became the Kamen Corps's second member as Kamen Meteor.

* SpoiledSweet: Grew up in a very wealthy background thanks to her father's massive ramen corporation, but is a very nice girl.

* SpoiledSweet: Grew up very wealthy, and though she does have a bit of a haughty side at times, Sylvia overall is a very sweet woman who wants nothing more than to help people in any way she can.
* TheTeamNormal: The only member of the Kamen Corps without any inherent superpowers, as she didn't get struck by space debris. Instead, she relies on PoweredArmor to fight.

* TomboyWithAGirlyStreak: While she enjoys guns and being a soldier, but she also secretly enjoys sewing and made her own outfit. Deducing this is what allows Carly to connect with her and eventually talk her into releasing the missionaries she is holding hostage.

She later activates the Mark 3 Victory Armor using what looks like a wrist-mounted Game Boy.
* ImprobableWeaponUser: Sylvia throws her hairband at Carly during their brawl with enough force to actually inflict pain. It's never specified if it was actually meant to be used as a weapon or if she was just throwing whatever she had on hand in frustration.
* LingerieScene: After a lengthy flight back from Las Vegas, she doffs her armor and promptly falls asleep in just her underwear in Carly's living room.

* PantyShot: Her appearance when confronting her stepmother at the Hoover Dam is a low-angle shot while her skirt is flaring up, partially exposing her panties to the reader.
* PowerCopying: Her armor can replicate the abilities of her teammates when she is in physical contact with them.

to:

* RichBitch: Carly's flashbacks tend to portray her this way, though it's ultimately subverted.
* RunningGag: Several:
** Her lacking a signature catchphrase or pose after the team's TransformationSequence, leading to several hilariously awkward poses with the rest of the Kamen Corps.
** Not having her PoweredArmor on hand when the Otomotons suddenly attack.
* ShoutOut: She bears a strong resemblance to Characters/MarvelComicsGwenStacy.
** During her public fight with Carly, Sylvia throws her hairband at Carly in a manner similar to how ComicBook/WonderWoman uses her tiara as a throwing weapon.

to:

* HeroicSacrifice: Mr. Vanders dies shielding Zener Techno from the energy outburst from the Otomoton that Dr. Aragaki sets to self-destruct.

* ByThePowerOfGreyskull: The Kamen Corps use their own individual catchphrases when they activate their powers.
* DominoMask: A standard for all of the Kamen Corps, except for Kamen Victory, who has a visor.
* ElementalHairColors: As part of their transformations, their hair colors change to match their powers: Kamen America (lightning) is blonde, Kamen Comet (fire) has bright red hair, and Kamen Ramen (water) has blue hair.
* HenshinHero: All of the girls (except Kamen Victory, who relies on PoweredArmor) have to activate their powers to use them.
* HourOfPower: The chimeration powers have a three-hour time limit per 24-hour period, although it is possible to extend this limit by exposing themselves to their native element. It becomes a major plot point during the climax of Volume 3, when the Kamen Corps reach their limits shortly after Vermillion Masquerade attacks Area 51, forcing them to retreat.
* LeotardOfPower: The standard attire for the Kamen Corps until the final battle with Vermillion Masquerade at the end of Volume 4, when they trade them in for Minidresses of Power.
* ShoutOut: The transformation catchphrases used by Carly, Mishia, and Kimiko are all derived from lyrics to American patriotic songs: "Fateful Lightning" for Kamen America comes from "The Battle Hymn of the Republic", "Red Glare" for Kamen Comet is from "The Star-Spangled Banner", and "Shining Sea" for Kamen Ramen is from "America the Beautiful".
** Similarly, the weapons used by the Kamen Corps to defeat the Otomoton (Swift Sword, Watch Fire, Evening Dew, and Burnished Steel) are also named after lyrics to "Battle Hymn of the Republic".
* TransformationSequence: Carly, Misha, and Kimiko all have one when they activate their powers, which is Hand Waved as a "stage magic trick" that Carly learned and taught the others. Sylvia gains one when she unveils her Mark III Victory Armor in Volume 8.

* AllAmericanFace: She's a superhero with a patriotic name and costume.

* BoobsAndButtPose: Her default pose after her TransformationSequence.

* CleavageWindow: All of Kamen America's outfits have star-shaped ones.

* FieryRedhead: She is naturally red-haired and is quickly irritated, especially in the early volumes when Niro or Sylvia were involved.

* MsFanservice: She wears form-fitting costumes that leave much of her skin exposed, and many panels are framed to show off her curves.
* PrimaryColorChampion: Kamen America's outfits are red, white, and blue, with yellow trim.

to:

* WearingAFlagOnYourHead: What else would you expect from a character named Kamen America?
* WholeCostumeReference: Her outfit is a clear reference to Carol Danver's Ms. Marvel outfit: a LeotardOfPower with a sash tied around the waist, thigh-high boots, opera gloves, and a domino mask. The main difference is Kamen America's outfit is red, white, and blue as opposed to Carol's black one.

* BloodKnight: Her first on-panel appearance as Kamen Comet has her explicitly telling the monster she is confronting that she is going to murder him, all while sporting a SlasherSmile.
* CleavageWindow: Her outfits have flame-shaped ones.
* GunNut: Despite of dislike of her mercenary work, Misha still professes a love of firearms and works in Siggy's gun store in her spare time.

to:

* YouGottaHaveBlueHair: When her powers are activated, her normally black hair turns bright red.

* AsianAirhead: Kimiko is definitely not the sharpest tool in the shed, having repeatedly failed her college entrance exams.
* CleavageWindow: Her outfits have teardrop-shaped ones.
* Determinator: Her multiple failures have not deterred her from her dreams of becoming a radiologist.
* GenkiGirl: She's easily the most excitable of the group.

* AnIcePerson: Kamen Ramen can control the temperature of the water she manipulates, allowing her to use ice as well as liquid water.

to:

* YouGottaHaveBlueHair: When her powers are activated, her normally black hair turns a light shade of blue.

* GamerChick: Sylvia is an avid gamer.

to:

* BladeBelowTheShoulder: All of her armors have extendable wrist-blades as her primary melee weapons.
* FriendlessBackground: A flashback in Volume 5 implies that she didn't have many friends growing up.
* GamerChick: Sylvia is an avid gamer.gamer, though she is embarrassed to admit it and lies to Kimiko about playing JRPGs after jokingly describing the Kamen Corps as "all tanks and no healer".
* MsFanservice: Though normally the most conservatively dressed of the Kamen Corps, she is still very attractive and models Carly's summer clothing line at a fashion show in Las Vegas. HilarityEnsues when the Otomotons attack the show and she has to run several blocks across downtown in a bikini to retrieve her Victory Armor from her hotel room.

* Expy: She's a parody of Carol Danvers, from her name as well as her former alias of "Warhen" (a play on Warbird). Her costume is also meant to be a more patriotic version of Carol's Captain Marvel outfit.

* RealWomenDontWearDresses: As a girl, she was pushed towards sports since her teachers claimed it was "progressive" even though her real interests lie in fashion.
