The leader of WARPA and former friend of Sigourney.
* BigBad: Cynthia, being the head of WARPA, is the overall main antagonist of the second season.
* EvilRedhead: Cynthia has red hair, and is the most evil character in the show.
* FaceHeelTurn: Before the start of the series, she was friends with Sigourney. It is unknown when and why she became evil.
* {{Foreshadowing}}: Before being revealed as the head of WARPA, a number of hints were dropped that she works for WARPA. Frankie and Dayton eventually came to realize this.
* JerkAss: She doesn't seem to care at all for anyone's well-being. In one episode as the WARPA mask, she was warned by her WARPA tech that certain modifications to Tammy's WARPA chip could cause permanent damage to Tammy, which Cynthia rudely responded that its none of their concern.

An android of a young child built by Cynthia.
* TheDragon: To Cynthia in Season 2.
* JustFollowingOrders: He doesn't seem to have any firm allegiance to anyone, as he's either following Cynthia's commands or is remotely controlled by Jenny's program.
* RobotKid: He is an android modeled after a young child built by Cynthia.
* SuperStrength: Despite his small size, he effortlessly overpowers Cole Reyes and Mr. Kingston.

* BigBad: Of the first season, along with Tammy Gilroy and Mr. Kingston.
* FullNameBasis: He's rarely called just "James," even by characters other than Frankie.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: He steals Sigourney's code to build Andrew to try and win the "Robel" prize. He's also taken advantage of his creation, Andrew, for his own benefits. Deep down though, he is shown to care for Andrew and even Andrew's best friend and fellow android, Simone.
* HeelFaceTurn: He goes after Frankie in the first season in attempt to win the "Robel" prize, but has given up the hunt for Frankie in Season 2, and even helps her out on a couple occasions.

* EveryoneHasStandards: She may be a JerkAss, but she sometimes realizes when she takes things too far, like her smear campaign against androids at the school, where she eventually comes to accept them.

* DevelopersForesight: In-Universe. Apparently, the insides of her ears were fully constructed to resemble a human's in case if someone took a look inside, but they're squeaky clean.

* HeelFaceTurn: He goes after Frankie in the first season in attempt to win the "Robel" prize. Though, have gave up the hunt for Frankie in Season 2, and even helps her out on a couple occasions.

* OverprotectiveDad: Becomes this to Cole in Season 2, much to his annoyance.

* [[OverprotectiveDad Overprotective Mom]]: {{Justified}} due to her "[[ArtificialFamilyMember daughter]]" Frankie being an android, but her efforts at keeping Frankie's secret from getting out has prevented Frankie from socializing and even withheld her from leaving home a few times.

* BigSisterBully: She and Frankie were both created by Sigunorey Gaines, which technically makes Eliza and Frankie sisters, and Eliza would be older than Frankie considering she was built before Frankie. She tries to physically attack Frankie (though the latter's able to defend against all her attacks), and calls her "foolish" and "weak" for listening to her creator, and nearly drains all of her energy out of her.

* SuperStrength: Frankie is shown to effortless hold Mr. Kingston, a grown man, over her head.

* WouldHurtAChild: On top of holding Sigourney (her creator) and her husband hostage, she also holds their young daughter Jenny hostage solely because she was a witness and a loose end.

* ManipulativeBitch: She's able to deceive everyone into thinking she was Frankie by gaining her memories.

* RedemptionRejection: Eliza's the way she is because her programming literally makes her incapable of feeling love or compassion, and can only feel hate. Sigourney--her creator--and Frankie--who's technically Eliza's little sister-- understood this, which is why after Eliza's restrained to the chair, Frankie states that Eliza didn't have to be the way she was, and she could be change her ways and be good if she allowed Sigourney to reprogram her. But Eliza turned the offer down, which forces Sigourney to try and power her down, so she could try reprogramming her without her knowing. Even then, she only pretended to shut down and made a getaway before she her creator could get to her. This showcases that Eliza clearly isn't interested in reforming.
