As a result, he spends a lot of time agonizing himself over it and being afraid to talk about it because he fears he will condemn someone else to the same fate. For the longest time, he fails to consider the fact that the people disappearing are all members of the Three Families, as well as the crimes might be related to some kind of internal feud between them.
