In the third service, Bobby tried his best to establish himself as a leader much like he did previously, only for him to crash and burn and only barely survive elimination. Also not helping was throughout the competition, Bobby had a tendency to leave his own station to ask others if he could help even if they didn't need help or if someone else was struggling particularly bad.
