A doctor from Vault 22 near Seattle, Washington. He wishes to find his brother, who was in Alaska at the time the bombs fell.

----
* {{Backstory}}: Christopher grew up in Seattle, Washington, with his father, Michael, a prestigious doctor and his older brother, Seb. The Great War occurred when he was only 12 years old and he and his father managed to secure themselves a place in one of the vaults, Vault 5 (a control group vault). His brother was away at college in Alaska when the bombs dropped, and Christopher was never able to find out if he survived.
* BewareTheNiceOnes: Chris is a soft-spoken doctor with a purple belt in karate.
* CombatMedic: One of his tag skills is medicine.

!! Richard

A Canadian freedom fighter. Little is known about him besides his pragmatic attitude.

----
* {{Backstory}}: Largely unknown. Richard has some apparent military training, and was fighting for Canadian liberation before the beginning of the roleplay.
*GoodIsNotNice: He's distant and very practical, but shows some concern for Tabitha and her willingness to venture out into the wastes.
*ViolenceReallyIsTheAnswer

!! Lucas [[=McWhite=]

A doctor from Vault 18. A wide-eyed idealist who believes in the best in humanity despite the atomic devastation that toppled the United States, Lucas travels with the group to repay Vault 115 for saving his life and to keep them alive.

----
* {{Backstory}}: Born in New Orleans to a runaway bride and her jilted would-be fiancee, but was raised in Evansville, Illinois by his mother and his new doctor-stepfather. Had 3 half-brothers and was thus allowed into Vault 18 which only accepted families with at least four children to induce overpopulation. When the overseer went mad and used his security robots to cull the population back to sustainable levels. Lucas survived the attack and left the vault with the other survivors soon after, and went his own way a few years later.
* BeingGoodSucks: Despite his best efforts to aid the disease-prone residents of his vault, he lost his mother and stepfather in the robot attack and lost contact with his brothers after leaving, and misses them greatly.
* CombatMedic: His reason for signing on with the caravan in the first place.
* DeclarationOfProtection: Luke has silently sworn himself to aid the survivors of the caravan attack in their efforts to aid Vault 115, particularly young Tabitha.
* MeaningfulName: Luke is named after St. Luke, the patron saint of doctors.
* ThouShaltNotKill: Luke takes his Hippocratic oath '''very''' seriously and dreads the thought of ending the life of another human being.
* WideEyedIdealist: He is ultimately convinced that humanity can work together and recover in the post-apocalyptic world.

!! Lodds

A ghoul who previously served in the United States Army before the bombs fell. He was unfortunately caught in the radiation and was ghoulified while the rest of his squad died of radiation poisoning.

----

* {{Backstory}}: Lodds joined the military mostly because he felt it was his only choice. He ended up enjoying it a great deal and was trained to be a scout. He was assigned to riot duty during the last days of the United States, and went on doing odd jobs to support himself post-ghoulification.
* MadeOfIron: Survived military training and service, ghoulification, and years in the wasteland, and is still kicking.

* StillWearingTheOldColors: Lodds still wears his US Army combat armor despite years of wear and tear.
* SoleSurvivor

!! Lester Sawchuck

Like Richard, he of anti-American resistance pre-war, who survived for a while in rad-proof cabin in mid-BC wilderness. All his friends and family died over time. He wound up in Samson's Bay and has been living there for the last 17 years.

----
* {{Backstory}}: Born to a Ukranian-Canadian family in British Columbia. His dreams of becoming a professional athlete were shattered when the American occupation occurred, so he joined the resistance movement and took up residence in a makeshift Fallout shelter before the bombs hit.

* StillWearingTheOldColors: He wears a toque with the Canadian flag on it, which is his only item remaining from before the war.
* WeaponOfChoice: His trusty hatchet.

!! Tabitha West

A young girl who was a passenger on the attacked caravan with her parents, on their way to a safer place to call home. She unfortunately lost her parents in the attack and has adamantly insisted that she come with the group to avenge her parents.

----
* {{Backstory}}: Tabitha was born well after the great war to Adam and Amanda West. Adam, a butcher by trade, was able to provide for his family by helping traders make the most of their livestock. Tabitha's mother, Amanda, knew how to sew pretty well, and was able to use her services to trade for small goods and services. Tabitha was home schooled by her mother, who taught her how to sew, and sing. The Wests heard there was a safer place for their daughter at Elk Lake, especially with the military base being there, so they took the chance and joined the caravan.
* BestServedCold: Her motivation for joining the group leaving Vault 115.
* BreakTheCutie
* DisappearedDad: Her mother's fate was explicitly stated, but her father's fate is ambiguous. He is presumed to be dead.

----
* {{Backstory}}: Reese was 8 years old when the wrath of men and nuclear fire consumed the Earth. Born as an only child to Aaron and Gwen Byrne in Vancouver, Reese's parents managed to reserve a spot in Vault 116, on the condition that one member of their family was to stay behind. * TheScrapper: She enjoys punching people.
