* VileVillainSaccharineShow: San Andreas in Online is far from ideal and is full of crime and corruption, but still has a pretty good and breathtaking surface. Avon Hertz? Definitely one of the most evil villains in the entire franchise, right there with Donald Love, Frank Tenpenny, and Dimitri Rascalov in terms of depravity.

My bad, the Yung Ancestor path implies that he is at the Casino during the heist. Also, I think the trope only applies if the character never appeared at all.

* TheGhost: Trope}} as he stated in the second to last casino story mission that he was planning on leaving the country for a while before he later bought the casino.

* UnexplainedRecovery: In GTA V, he will end up dead whether or not Michael decides to kill him at the end of the therapy storyline. He appears in Drug War, set several years after the events of the single-player campaign, alive and well and without any explanation.

explanation. However, this could have been one of the many oversights made by Rockstar as other radio broadcasts and news reports online would report the death of a certain character even if you didn't kill them in a mission like MC Clip in "Hood Safari" with him still posting on Bleeter even if you actually killed him.
