%%* SoOkayItsAverage: While a decent SG for new players and possessing a good 18% Damage tile buff, M500 gets outclassed very quickly into the late game, where her sub-par Armor and HP stats fail to keep her alive in the face of accurate, hard-hitting enemies. She is also plagued by weird tile placement, thus forcing her to be placed in a 2 SG echelon, which is in itself not optimal for a number of reasons. While these shortcomings could be worked around with the right gear, it's common agreement that it's usually not worth the hassle and it would be easier for everybody to just use a better SG instead.

* VictoryByEndurance: Her BonusBoss form in E3-1 Habanera has ''one solid million'' HP on top of 30 Armor, making it so that fighting her the conventional way is nothing short of suicide without the the right team setup, which is currently not feasible on EN. The ''actual'' way to beat Dana in this stage is to bring Jill along in the echelon, and have her mix drinks ten times. Dana would then become plastered and forfeit the match. The problem is actually lasting that long, as Dana is no slouch herself.

* MechanicallyUnusualFighter: Unlike other [=SGs=], Dana only ever targets one enemy with her attacks, as if she's permanently equipped with Slugs. (This would be because she's being counted as an "SG" as a kind of best-fit thing in Griffin's classification system - her actual weapon is a ''goddamned RocketPunch from her artificial hand''.) Actually equipping her with Slugs won't do her much help, however, since her skill damage doesn't stack with this ammo type, and calculates after her Armor instead.

!!Shared Tropes
* LuckilyMyShieldWillProtectMe: They are carrying shields to block off attacks.
* RareRandomDrop: Available almost exclusively from Heavy Production, which [[AdamSmithHatesYourGuts costs lots and lots of resources per use]] to get anything even remotely useful. The only exceptions are when they're available from events as a giveaway or limited-time map drop. Just to emphasize how rare shotgun T-Dolls are, they (and their class-exclusive equipment) all are ''at least'' 3★ in rarity.
* ShortRangeShotgun: Enforced in a manner of speaking. Shotguns do not receive any sort of damage penalty for being further back from their target, and the bonus to firing range you get for having units in the front column applies to them just as well as any other type. However, the shape of their tile buffs requires them to stand in the front column so they can buff [=MGs=] in the rear - and conversely, [=MGs=] must be in the back column to buff shotguns in the front, so combining both weapon types requires you to place them as if this ''is'' the case to make the most out of their abilities.
* SpreadShot: By default, their attacks hit three targets simultaneously. You can avert this by giving them slug shells, which restricts their attacks to a single target but gives extra damage in return. Certain [=SGs=] also possess the ''Firepower Focus SG'' skill, which allow their shots to hit up to five targets with higher damage.
* StoneWall: More so than the SMG-type T-Dolls, where they rely on armor and their HP stat to block enemy attacks.

It should be noted that the real SPAS-12 is ''not'' compatible with this specific kind of speedloader due to the shape and design of the trigger guard (even if one could be fitted to a SPAS-12 it would [[IJustShotMarvinInTheFace preclude toggling the safety]].
* HiddenDepths: SPAS is a quick learner when she puts her mind into it. In preparation of the summer holiday, she trains herself how to surf with virtual simulations. She even modifies her old riot shield into a ''surfboard''! She also holds up pretty well against AK-12 in a volleyball match, even though she didn't even know what a volleyball is several minutes before.
* RareGuns: Not to the same extent as the Heckler & Koch [=G11=] or Walther [=WA2000=], but the real SPAS-12 itself ''is'' quite hard to come across these days. During its 21-year production run, Franchi only manufactured just shy of 37,000 units, with about less than two thousands of that amount having ever made it into the United States. Being hit with the Assault Weapons Ban of 1994 and rejected by many law enforcement agencies due to ergonomic issues, the SPAS-12 was deemed a commercial failure and production ceased in 2000.
* RealWomenHaveCurves: She is decidedly more chunky than her fellow T-Dolls, which combined with her WeightWoe is a nod to complaints about the real SPAS-12's excessive bulk.
* SuperStrength: According to her illustrator, SPAS has enough strength to ''knock around armored vehicles''.
* WeightWoe: SPAS is extremely conscious of her weight. This is despite her being a robot who cannot gain mass through eating, never mind her snack addiction.

* MythologyGag: Since the Mossberg 500 is one of the weapons the real Super-Shorty is manufactured from, she considers the in-game Mossberg 500 to be her sister.
* TheNapoleon: In the ''VisualNovel/VA11HALLA'' event, she's portrayed as abrasive towards others, especially towards people making jabs about her height. [[spoiler:This actually becomes a plot point later on - after she recovers from her LaserGuidedAmnesia, she finds out that her height is precisely the reason why she, along with IDW, were chosen to infiltrate the Sangvis Ferri-controlled [[MasterComputer Earth Computer]] base.]]
* TokenMiniMoe: True to her name, she's the smallest of the shotguns. Her evasion stat is markedly higher than other [=SGs=] likely because of this.
** Conversely, this makes her the most fragile of all shotguns, due to her equally-stunted Armor and HP stats, meaning she is absolutely miserable at doing the only job her whole weapon class was designed to do - tanking.

* BigEater: Implied. One piece of furniture allows certain dolls to sing a song. SAT 8 sings about Italian cuisine.
* DeflectorShield: Alongside Remington M870 and fellow FABARM unit FP-6, [=S.A.T.8=] is one of a very small handful of SG capable of this. Her active skill projects a 35HP Shield, calculated after her Armor, onto all units at the front row that protects them for up to 5 seconds, allowing them to avoid taking damage long enough to fire off their own abilities.
* MessyHair: Her hair looks like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed and won the fight against a comb.
* RapunzelHair: It reaches to her backside even with being spiked everywhere due it's natural messiness.
* StoneWall: A given, owing to her nature as a SG, though what really drives the point home is her Theory of Fortification skill that projects a fast-acting DeflectorShield onto every unit at the front row, herself included. Furthermore, the Shield inherits her Armor value which gives it incredible durability, and its short initial cooldown all but guarantees that the enemy will be wiped out before anyone can start taking damage. She also has the highest effective HP for an obtainable T-Doll in the game, period, and the second highest Armor value, after [=KSG-12=]. All put together, this makes her pretty much ''the'' premier tank in the game and a ''massive'' priority target for things like events where a choice of a free 5* is given out. Her damage, however, isn't stellar, even for an SG, but her tile buff does a good job of making her twinned MG a killer in return.
* WearingAFlagOnYourHead: Well, neck, in this case. The collar of her shirt is decorated with a ribbon in the colors of the Italian flag.
* WhyDoYouKeepChangingJobs: Is mentioned in the designer notes as having worked in all kinds of part-time jobs as an A-doll, from selling crepes to being an animal breeder to a private nanny before joining G&K and being converted into a T-doll.

* TheInsomniac: She enjoys staying up late for Kalina's radio show, as evidenced by her [[ExhaustedEyeBags heavy eye bags]].
* MoreDakka: As befitting a fully-automatic shotgun, she has the highest fire rate of all [=SGs=] and can raise it even higher with her skill.
* MundaneUtility: For her summer costume, Ameli helps her replace the shield plating in her rigging with parasols.
* NoSocialSkills: Being a grouchy loner doesn't help her social skills at all. She has to rely on Kalina's late-night radio show for relationship advice. In her summer cafe story, she struggles to find the appropriate lines when talking to Ameli. Later on, AA-12's reaction to [=MP7=] asking her for a swim is to straight-up ''shoot her''.

The Shield procs twice per activation, and applies randomly to any T-Doll within a vertical line to FP-6, either covering two units once, or a single target twice. It does not prevent shielded T-Dolls from taking damage, but rather reduces it by up to 80% for 10 seconds, while also buffing their damage output.

* {{BFG}}: Carries one on her "Automaton Annihilator" costume version, also she brings this out when she triggers her skill.
* BoobsOfSteel: Fitting for someone that gets categorized in the Shotgun-class.
* CrosshairAware: Her boss form paints a gigantic cross-shaped area-of-effect marker on and around her target as she readies her skill. Whomever is caught within these tiles will suffer massive damage when the shot lands, and sometimes even those who are ''not'' in the tiles should the player take too long to rearrange the echelon.
* GuestFighter: From ''VideoGame/GuiltyGear''.
* TheImmodestOrgasm: Unlike her default and "Automaton Annihilator" skins, Elphelt's reaction upon being critically damaged while wearing "Magnum Wedding" is unusually erotic, so to speak.
* LoopholeAbuse: Players can exploit a loophole against ''her'' during her boss fight. Whereas normally, Elphelt would activate her skill twice, first at 50% health, then the second at 25% health. However, as with any boss that gets invincibility as a warning of impending skill use, the health gates can be bypassed with bamboos or any team that has the capability to burst her down from around the 50% HP mark (Hint: Hold off on skill activation until just before the 50% mark) before she even gets a chance to use her skill.
* LoveFreak: Her secretary line shows that she is obsessed with marriage, urging you to marry her. You can actually marry her using the OATH system.
* MechanicallyUnusualFighter: Despite being ostensibly a SG T-Doll, activating Genoverse has her use a long rifle for her first attack, followed up by a rocket launcher. The effects of the skill seem to be a mix of passive MG burst damage and grenade AR.
* MythologyGag:
** Her default appearance is Elphelt's default appearance as of ''Guilty Gear Xrd -REVELATOR-'', post FaceHeelTurn.
** Her "Magnum Wedding" outfit is taken directly from her first appearance in ''[[Characters/GuiltyGearXrd Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN-]]''.
** Her skill is her Genoise Overdrive (although it's [[SpellMyNameWithAnS spelled Genoverse]] in this game, for some reason).
* StoneWall: As "Automaton Annihilator" boss, she wears a heavy armor that can shrug off most attacks, rendering them into ScratchDamage. The only effective ways to damage her at all would be to equip armor-piercing ammunition onto [=RFs=], [=MGs=] and [=ARs=], or otherwise use explosives.
* SurpriseDifficulty: She is this for the entire crossover event, which up to that point is a cake walk for most players with decently leveled teams. And then you reach the boss who seemingly "only" have a combat effectiveness rating of 8000 and expected a cakewalk, only to watch as she decimates your entire team with her skill that gives little to no time to move any units out of the way and deals tremendous damage in a large AOE. If you're unprepared to face her, expect even a team of max leveled character to be only able to get a B rank while fighting her.
* ThereIsNoKillLikeOverkill: Her skill "Genoverse" which first inflicts 8.0x to the target she locks onto before [[NukeEm firing a nuke]] that deal Area of Effect damage. Her boss form utilizes this attack at 50% and 25% remaining HP, respectively, which gives her temporary invulnerability for the duration of the attack.
** The only way to avoid being damaged by it is to spread out the echelon into an X-shaped formation ''before'' the [[CrosshairAware she starts picking shots]], and quickly retreating whomever she targets. Re-arranging formation after the crosshair appears is usually too late whether the target retreats or not, and damage from the shot is usually enough to shave off large chunks of health, or outright knock out weaker T-Dolls. Either scenario results in an A-grade victory ''or less'', assuming you win, which awards no Seithr.
*** Retreating T-Dolls is unnecessary if she targets someone at the frontline with DeflectorShields, since the invulnerability period is usually enough to tank the shot. Alternatively, pelting her with high damage quickly enough can outright skip the major health gates (see LoopholeAbuse above), allowing the echelon to take her down while she's vulnerable.
* UnorthodoxReload: Instead of cramming shells into her huge weapon, Elphelt levitates and seemingly prays before lowering to the ground and begin shooting again.

* AmazonianBeauty: Not evident in her home game, but as shown by her Red Comet costume, she is quite ripped underneath her normal clothes, yet no less attractive because of it. Unsurprising given her background as a former wrestler.
* BoisterousBruiser: Dana loves a good fight, and as a result is one of a small handful of T-Dolls to not be bothered that much by ClothingDamage. If anything, her [=CGs=] show that getting critically hurt only seems to make her even more excited.
