* TokenGoodTeammate: Zonnette is rather uncooperative with the Bowzock outside of suggesting things to Gynamo, doesn't like fighting that much, hardly ever schemes (and her schemes aren't particularly impressive even next to the already wacky Bowzock schemes), [[spoiler:and has a thing for Kyosuke (granted she at first only loves his "Red Racer" transformation, but does grow to love him as a whole in the nd)]]. * BadPeopleAbuseAnimals: Most of the Beagles got killed by overeating because of his abusive treatment on them.

* SdrawkcabAlias: Took on the name of Suzogue (which is "Exhaus"'s name spelled backwards in katakana: エグゾス (E-Gu-So-Zu) - > スゾグエ (Su-Zo-Gu-e) to pose as a fortune teller and get the Bowzock to start blowing up planets for his plan.

* ThrowTheDogABone: [[spoiler:At the end of the series he does not get together with Zonnette as he'd wished, but regardless she comes to truly respect him and gives him a thankful kiss for saving the Carrangers. He then gets to be a successful chef, with ''Megaranger vs. Carranger'' even showing that his business has thrived.]]

** To the [[Series/ChourikiSentaiOhranger Baranoia Machine Empire]]. Both groups are invaders from space who reside in a far-off planetoid who attack Earth due to it being directly in a line of planets they conquered/destroyed. However, the Baranoia were dead-serious for the most part (even after ''Ohranger''[='=]s abandonment of its darker themes) and were led by a royal family, with a major leadership shakeup in the endgame that led to the faction getting much deadlier until they had a temporary win. The Bowzock are instead little more than a gang of bikers led by a self-made leader and whose leadership shakeup lasts only a few episodes (discounting Exhaus' manipulations) and ultimately become lamer and more easily beatable villains who only see success when Exhaus aids them. Finally, the Baranoia were for the most part destroyed and only four members, Acha, Kocha, Buldont Jr. and Bara Mobile survived the finale (and even then Bara Mobile was eventually killed in ''Carranger vs. Ohranger'') while the majority of Bowzock's core and recurring members survive (outside of JJ Jetton).
* HeelFaceTurn: [[spoiler: After being reminded by Zonnette (as Vanity Mirror) about Exhaus' treachery, the surviving core Bowzock members form an EnemyMine with the Carrangers to bring him down, in the finale it's compounded when Presiendt Gynamo gets the last laugh by weakening Exhaus with the expired imo-yokan as he was about to kill the Carrangers and made peace with them once the real enemy was defeated for good.]]

* DatingCatwoman: She is the Catwoman in this scenario. [[spoiler:On her first personal mission to Earth, she notes that Red Racer is, to her own standards, attractive. But she weirdly finds his human form, Kyosuke, unattractive. However, she works past this when Kyosuke defends her from a Gorotsuki with nothing but a sword.]]

Despite being the main opponents of their respective automobile-themed Sentai teams, the Bowzock and the Boma Tribe have different backgrounds and themes: The Boma are supernatural demonic beings who resurfaced due to the increasing pollution and decline of fairies, while the Bowzock is a seemingly harmless alien biker gang who went bad [[spoiler:as a result of Gynamo's first meeting with a disguised Exhaus]]. The Boma are mostly serious and threatening, while the Bowzock are a group of mostly incompetent buffoons. The Boma have magic at disposal and can enlarge their monsters with magical tornadoes, while the Bowzock can grow by eating Earth food (hand-made imo-yokan) and has Giant Robos at their disposal. [[spoiler:And finally, the core members of the Boma Tribe were slain and their extra members were spared, while the core members of the Bowzock were spared and their extra members were slain.]]

* WeHardlyKnewYe: The Extra variant appears for the last few minutes of ''Carranger vs. Ohranger'' where it manages to turn the tide of Statanzo's and Bara Mobile's fight against the heroes before Sirender blew it to scrap.

* FallenCupid: He's a love letter-themed Gorotsuki whose arrows are capable of making his targets fall in love with the intended partner. He was hired by Gynamo to make Zonette fall in love with him so as to make her get married with him, which kicks off her redemption.

Bowzock's best wrestler.

* FallenCupid: He's a love letter-themed Gorotsuki whose arrows are capable of making his targets fall in love with the intended partner. He was hired by Gymar

* CameraFiend: FF Munchori loves to take photos, esepecially scandalous ones, as expected of Bowzock's best photographer. He would even go so far as to take pictures of VRV Robo.

* FlashStep: He's capable of teleportation.

* TheWorfEffect: FF Munchori was no match for the Radiacar Robo.

* TheBadGuyWins: Despite being killed by VRV Robo, reverting everyone affeced by his youth cream back to their original age in the process, Imocho is still open for business as usual.
* FountainOfYouth: PP Chiipuri's youth cream can turn anyone young again, or in Norishiron 12's case, turn back into its pre-built form.
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: He accidentally took out Norishiron 12 from the fight by firing his youth cream on its face.

* SissyVillain: PP Chiipuri has a ''very'' unmanly personality, judging by his namesake. This is somewhat justified due to being a make-up artist.

* BecomingTheMask: His friendship with Minoru is genuine, but he had to keep up the bad guy act because he has no other choice.
* ManipulativeBastard: Him befriending the Carrangers is all part of Bowzock's trap. Minoru is not happy about this.

* TheWorfEffect: OO Batton is easily finished off by Scramble Intersection Robo.

* DemonicPossession: EE Musubunofu is capable of possessing people by assuming obi form.
* FallenCupid: He's a love letter-themed Gorotsuki whose arrows are capable of making his targets fall in love with the intended partner.

The last survivor of Planet Hazard, which was blown up by the Bowzock, he seeks out the Carmagic constellations and uses them to bring the Carrangers to reality. He serves as the team's mentor, as despite his young age, the team he handles aren't the paragons of intellect.

* DisneyDeath: Parodied. In the first episode he is unable at first to get his chosen people to be the Carrangers to actually transform and decides to duel Zelmoda by himself and gets killed, with his final words he motivates the Carrangers to fight and defeat the Bowzock. The team is fully convinced and gets ready to fight by transforming, after which Dappu gets up and reveals he faked his death so the team would actually fight, the others are understandably annoyed that he played them like that.

** The original model of Braking overwhelms and captures RV Robo with ease yet is quickly beaten when the Carrangers bring out the VRV Machines and knocked back into Baribarian.
** In its rebuilt form it overwhelms the VRV Machines at first but winds up overwhelmed by the new VRV Fighters mode and finished off by the newly formed VRV Robo.

* TheWorfEffect: Things are going south for Braking when the Carrangers bring out the VRV Machines and form VRV Robo.

* CardboardPal: They're cardboard punchouts from the Space Land magazine brought to life by Exhaus.

* WeHardlyKnewYe: The Extra variant appears for the last few minutes of ''Carranger vs. Ohranger'' before Sirender blew it to scrap.

* AnimalMotifs: As with the Barricars, each Akumagic Mecha has an animal theme: NobleBirdOfPrey for Sky Gigune, ThreateningShark for Marine Zaboon, and KingOfBeasts for Land Zuzoon.

* ShoutOut: They're the evil HumongousMecha parody of ''Series/TaiyouSentaiSunVulcan''.

* KnightOfCerebus: [[spoiler:His debut episode involves the Carrangers having gotten complacent from always winning, but having that idea pummeled out of them by a mecha he gives the Bowzock. The show doesn't stop being completely silly, but under Exhaus' leadership the villains are a clear and present danger all the time, instead of just when it's time to introduce a new weapon for the rangers.]]

* BitchInSheepsClothing: Downplayed and parodied. Bara Mobile barely tries to hide his true intentions and gets Kyousuke and the other Carrangers to protect him at first by pretending to be an injured victim of the Ohranger's cruel attacks and persecution. He drops the act once [=CarRed=] wises up.
* DirtyCoward: Spends most of his screentime running away from everything that threatens him and cowering behind [=CarRed=] to protect him from [=OhRed=] and the Bowzock (when he believed they wanted to harm him).

* TheRemnant: With the infant ane innocent Buldont Jr. and the reformed Acha and Kocha being the only other Baranoia members left, Bara Mobile is the only Baranoia member left who's out to continue his faction's legacy in some way.

A car/tanuki-themed Bara Machine and the final Baranoia Empire monster, with his faction long defeated he plans to restart it by fusing humans to cars to create human/car hybrids which to rule over as their new emperor. He teams up with Bowzock after an initial misunderstanding.

* TheRemnant: With the infant an innocent Buldont Jr. and the reformed Acha and Kocha being the only other Baranoia members left, Bara Mobile is the only Baranoia member left who's out to continue his faction's legacy in some way.

* ImprobableWeaponUser: His WeaponsOfChoice are baseballs. After recieving a kiss from Zonnette, HH Deo can also use baseball-shaped energy sphere attacks.

* AnAxeToGrind: All Norishirons have axes as their WeaponOfChoice.
