Actually, Bolo shouldn’t really be blamed for Fox’s death as prior to it, Ash heard from Invictus that gary was fated to kill Fox. Ash had the opportunity to warn Gary about this yet she chose not to warn him for some reason. Plus we don’t know what Bolo did between noticing the wound on his arm and going full crazy from it as it apparently took 4 episodes for the wound to fully infect him
