''Street Fighter IV'' producer Yoshinori Ono addressed this inconsistency years later in a jokingly matter, saying that in North America, she is "officially a post-op transsexual", but in Japan, "she simply tucks her business away to look female."

The only thing that's really notable about Bred (other than his dumb name) is that his car gets trashed in a BonusStage by the heroes. He would go on to make a [[TheCameo cameo]] in ''[[VideoGame/StreetFighterIV Super Street Fighter IV]]'' where in yet another bonus stage, Cody and/or Guy wreck another one of his cars.

* GlassCannon: Rather literally; the red-garbed Holly Woods who throw firebombs in the original game can be taken out with just a couple of hits, while the regular knife-wielding version is fairly tough.
