One of the Balam Alliance's dark guilds, reborn after the TimeSkip. Midnight, Cobra, Racer, Angel all return with three new additions: Grim Reaper (Erigor, Eisenwald's leader), Jackpot (the secret identity of Kurodoa, one of the original members), and Imitatia (masquerading as Lucy's distant relative, Michelle). They aim to control the Infinity Clock and plunge the world into a state of chaos known as Real Nightmare, and manipulate Fairy Tail and the Legion Platoon to carry out their plans.

* AlasPoorVillain: Despite Imitatia's deception, her former friends are consumed with sorrow and rage when she is turned back into a lifeless doll by Brain II, who has the nerve to [[KickTheDog trample over her]].

* ArtificialHuman: Thanks to Brain II, she was able to come to life instead of having to remain waiting for Lucy to find her again. Unfortunately, in order to stay alive, she became a member of the Oración Seis and had to do what Brain II ordered her to do.

* TheDragon: She is the most dangerous member of the guild next to Brain II.

* IJustWantToBeLoved: Lucy stopped playing with her after her mother died. Being turned into a human by Brain II allows her to re-experience being Lucy's "sister" for real.

* LivingToys: She's actually a doll that Lucy played with all the time when she was a child and called her "little sister" in her own fantasies, given life by Brain II's magic to serve in the Neo-Oración Seis.

* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: She helps capture Lucy and merge her with the Infinity Clock, believing that she'll be able to have Lucy all to herself after that. But when Brain II tells her that Lucy will be [[{{Retgone}} Retgoned]] from existence once the merger is complete, Imitatia is horrified and almost immediately tries to fix what she's done.

* RedemptionEqualsDeath: Imitatia's desperate attempt to save Lucy from the Infinity Clock after helping her fuse with it results in Brain II turning her back into a lifeless doll.

* TragicDream: After spending so many years alone, she wanted to have the good times she used to have with Lucy back again. Sadly, the fact that Brain II turned her into a minion of evil guaranteed it wasn't meant to last.

* UnwittingPawn: She was played by Brain II into bringing together the Infinity Clock and delivering Lucy so it can be activated.

* YouHaveOutlivedYourUsefulness: Once she tries to rescue Lucy from the Infinity Clock, Brain II promptly reverts Imitatia back to her doll form.

By the time of her HeelFaceTurn, her eyes regain their original sparkle.

* FeelNoPain: As an ArtificialHuman, Imitatia doesn't feel pain and most likely even fatigue, allowing her to stand her ground against Natsu and Elfman.

* GoMadFromTheRevelation: She flips out when Brain II tells her that even if she does remain by Lucy's side forever by merging her with the Infinity Clock, she and everyone else won't even know Lucy exists.

* TragicBromance: While she and Lucy were never biologically sisters, they clearly saw each other as one. Too bad due to how things worked out, Michelle "dies" and Lucy is left to carry with her doll of Michelle, never to speak to one another again. Even after she betrayed her, Lucy still misses having Michelle by her side.

* AmbiguouslyBrown: Bozu looks to be of African descent, and Sue might be Indian as she has a small, green oval-shaped jewel (similar to a Bindi) in the center of her forehead, which is usually seen in Indian Hindu culture.

* BadBoss: Whenever her lizard-men are destroyed, she shrugs it off and [[WeHaveReserves makes more]]. Also present when she ordered her artificial dragon hatchlings to devour one another for "failing" to detect the villagers she made vanish.

* OlderThanTheyLook: It's hard to notice, but during a flashback showing Natsu as a kid, she looks exactly the same as she does in the present. Perhaps those dietary snacks of hers aren't completely bogus after all...

He's also Fairy Tail's trusted informant, keeping the guild up to date with what's going on in the kingdom. He helps his Earth-land counterpart in his mission to rescue his trapped guildmates.

* ChildhoodFriendRomance: She was once close with Velveno while he served her family. Years

* IWillWaitForYou: She promises to marry Velveno after he serves time in prison.

* SpearCounterpart: He's basically a replacement for Erza Nightwalker, since Earth-land's Erza is already part of Fairy Tail. He likewise has a similar design, uses magic weaponry and has an opposite personality (Nightwalker is strict and no-nonsense; this guy is anything but).
