* MeaningfulName: All the Avatars, except for Voidstar, are named after something vaguely related to their element. Khazri, for example, is named after a coastal wind.

the Orb Saga finale to stop Cysero and the Hero from messing with time and space. He returns in Book 3, Thankstaking 2013 to meet up with primary deities of Lore.

the Hero and Uaanta Fayt here and back with no time at all passing on Lore.
*SleepModeSize: The eight of them are reduced
to payback a debt for his/her heroics by taking him/her orbs after their fight with Myalos.
*StatuesqueStunner: The Avatars that present as female all count as this.
*TheMaker: What they are referred to in one part of the world. Many believe them to be the creators of Lore.

* DoctorWhomage: Practically one giant love letter to The Doctor. His outfit is a combination of the Tenth Doctor's suit and the Eleventh Doctor's bowtie. He travels around in a TARDIS-like phone box called a time-booth that's "[[BiggerOnTheInside smaller on the inside]]", uses what looks like the sonic screwdriver as a weapon. When defeated he regenerates into a new form. In Book 3, the Hero decides to simply call him "Doctor" after some punny confusion over his name.
* HealingFactor: After being defeated he undergoes a regeneration identical to the Doctor's.
* HeroAntagonist: He's not evil per se, just has opposite interests to the Hero and Cysero. In fact he thinks Cysero is messing with space-time and only wishes to put a stop to it. This is further affirmed when he returns in Thankstaking 2013 where he feels he owed the Hero for fighting him.
