[[folder: The Anemids]]
!House of Anemas
Rather obscure to Western Europe, the House of Anemas ruled over the region of Nicaea and Anatolia since those lands were entrusted to them by the ruling Byzantine monarch. However, that was not enough to keep their loyalty.
!!!Stephanos Anemas
The founder of the Anemid dynasty and a bastard son of Emperor Andronikos III Palaiologos. He was given the Theme of Nicaea as a compensation gift by his father.
* PosthumousCharacter: Has been dead for a few centuries.
!!!Symeon II Anemas
A descendent of Stephanos and ruler of the Beylik of Anatolia, under the Ottoman Turks. He was also the last Anemid to have good relations with the House of Osman. After his death, things began to decline, especially to the Ottoman side.
* FireForgedFriends: It would seem that he and Sultan Murad IV were this.
!!!Romanos I Anemas
The son of Symeon III, he was the founder of both the Kingdom of Nicaea and the Imperial State of Constantinople. His actions would cripple Ottoman power in Europe, eventually leading to the Greek War of Independence.
* FounderOfTheKingdom: He was the founder of the modern state of Nicaea and of the Imperial State of Constantinople.
* JustTheFirstCitizen: Despite conquering Constantinople, Anatolia and a few other territories, he never proclaimed himself as Roman Emperor, instead creating Nicaea and the Imperial State of Constantinople, having himself as the latter’s “Co-Regent”, alongside the Patriarch of Constantinople.
* RebelLeader: He commanded the Nicaean forces in the Nicaean Revolution against the Ottoman Empire.
!!!Alexios I Anemas
Son of Romanos I and brother of Romanos II, he was the second King of Nicaea, and was also the father of Ioannes Anemas. His reign saw the start and end of the first conflict against the Consortium, which led to the death of his son.
* OfferedTheCrown: After the events of the Greek War for Independence, he was asked to become the first King of Greece, enhancing the possibility of a Roman Restoration. However, the Great Powers of the time intervened and the title went to Otto of Bavaria.
!!!Ioannes Anemas
A grandson of Romanos I, he was once the Crown Prince of Nicaea, but died before his own father. His death made his uncle, who was also called Romanos, the heir to the throne of Nicaea. He was involved in the first conflict against the Eternal Queen’s cult.
* HeroicSacrifice: He died in battle against a resurrected Herpo the Foul, preventing the dark wizard from resurrecting the Eternal Queen. [[spoiler: However, said sacrifice merely delayed her return, which has been stated to be fully inevitable]].
* RoyalsWhoActuallyDoSomething: As mentioned above, he fought in the war against Herpo's cult and was the one who managed to permanently kill the dark wizard, despite dying himself.
!!!Philip I Anemas
King of Nicaea and Co-Regent of Constantinople, Philip married a noblewoman from the House of Habsburg, and his son Alexander wold have a great admiration for his mother, leading to him founding another noble house. As such, Philip was the “last member” of the House of Anemas.
* PosthumousCharacter: He died decades before the story began, and is merely mentioned.
!!House of Habsburg-Anemas (and Braganza)
A cadet branch of the House of Anemas, the House of Habsburg-Anemas was founded by Alexander I, and would become not only the ruling house of Nicaea and Constantinople, but also of Portugal and Russia (the latter only in the wizarding world).
!!!Alexander I von Habsburg-Anemas
Harry’s maternal grandfather and the late husband of D. Maria III of Portugal (also the Empress of Russia in the wizarding world as Maria I). He succeeded his father Philip as the King of Nicaea and as the Co-Regent of Constantinople, and was also King of Portugal for a brief period, dying a year after rising to the throne alongside his wife.
* PosthumousCharacter: Much like his ancestors, he died before the story began.
* RulingCouple: Due to his marriage to Maria and by her wishes, he was jure uxoris Emperor of Russia (only in the wizarding world) as Alexander IV, and King of Portugal as Alexander I.
!!!Maria Theresa von Habsburg-Anemas/Lily Potter
Harry’s mother and the wife of James Potter, she was kidnapped at birth by a group of terrorists known as the Revolutionaries and sent to Britain, where she was adopted by the Evans family.
* PosthumousCharacter: Much like in the original books.
* RoyalBlood: The sole daughter of Alexander and Maria, she was their heir until her death.
!!!Hadrian Alexander von Habsburg-Anemas/Harry Potter
* AstralProjection: After touching a corrupted Nucleus and entering some sort of coma, his mind was transported to another dimension known as the Graveyard.
* LostOrphanedRoyalty: His mother was in fact the heiress to at least an empire and two kingdoms. Her death made him the heir instead, but his location became unknown to his surviving relatives.
* MindRape: Suffers one after touching a corrupted Nucleus. [[spoiler: This was the catalyst for the resurgence of his past self, Anipheon IX,]] [[spoiler: and the creation of Harry-Anipheon, his corrupted form]].
* OverlyLongName: Due to the old tradition of royal families to stack up names, plus the old tradition of Eastern Roman dynasties to add the names of other prestigious families to their own, when Harry was born (in a matrilineal marriage, therefore he lacks the Potter in his name despite being James's son), his full name became ''Hadrian Maria Alexander James Philip Fleamont Manuel Michael Gabriel Raphael Gonzaga Francisco de Assis Eugenio Doukas Angelos Komnenos Palaiologos von Habsburg-Anemas and Braganza''.
* [[spoiler:{{Reincarnation}}]]: [[spoiler: He is the reincarnation of Anipheon IX]].
* [[spoiler: SuperpoweredEvilSide]]: [[spoiler: As his corrupted form, Harry-Anipheon serves as this for him]].

[[folder: The Consortium]]
An organization made up of remnants of the long defunct Atlantean Empire, whose goals are quite obscure. They were seemingly active during the 19th century under the leadership of a resurrected Herpo the Foul, but faded back into obscurity after his defeat. The organization was seemingly revived in the 20th century under a man known simply as the Professor, and they serve as the main antagonist force of the story.
!!!The Eternal Queen
The main antagonist of the story, she is the true leader of the Consortium, expressing her orders to her faithful commander, the Professor. In life, she was the wife of Anipheon IX, the Divine Sovereign of the Atlantean Empire, but both were defeated by Cloteias.
* AncientEvil: She predates all modern humans by thousands, if not millions of years, and in her prime she ruled over a region of the Atlantean Empire. The Aenean religion sees her as an incarnation of [[Main/Satan the Adversary]].
* BigBad: Despite being “mostly dead”, whatever remains of her commands the Consortium, which seeks to resurrect her.
* GodSaveUsFromTheQueen: It is stated that she committed many atrocities during her life, and will probably commit more if she is allowed to be resurrected.
* GreaterScopeVillain: Served as this during Voldemort’s first campaign in Britain. No one except for him knew she even existed.
* IHaveManyNames: Has been referred to as the Eternal Queen of the Seven Cities, the Black Mistress, the Sleeping Messiah, the Harvester of Souls and the Demoness of Temptation.
!!!The Professor
* BenevolentBoss: He is somewhat portrayed as one.
* TheDragon: To the Eternal Queen.
* DragonInChief: Due to the state of the Eternal Queen, he commands the Consortium.
* EvilGenius: He has somehow succeeded in altering the structure of the Nucleus, and how to implant them in living people, creating strange creatures who have absolute loyalty towards the Eternal Queen.
* EveryoneCallsHimBarkeep: He is simply known as the Professor.
* TheProfessor: A not so good-aligned version of this. It is also his name (or at least what everyone calls him).
