* PowersDotheFighting: His primary power is his shadow, which he relies on for anything he needs to get done. When his shadow is defeat he himself is left helpless, with his first instinct being to run away.
** Johnny: Oh no. My shadow. My power! I gotta get out of here!
* UnholyMatrimony: Is Kitty's not-so-faithful boyfriend.
* VillainHasAPoint: While he doesn't care all that much, Johnny 13 is right that it was despicable of Colette to abandon an amnesiac Danny to save her own skin in "Forgotten".
* WeaksauceWeakness: Bright light will temporarily disintegrate his shadow and water will turn it into a puddle.
