I don't believe the Terry in Crisis is the DCAU Terry. First, it's been confirmed that Conroy and Hamill are reprising their roles as Batman and Joker, with the trailer showing them in the Batman TAS era of the DCAU. Second, his few comments seem to imply that he's from Earth-2 and part of the Bat-Family in that universe.
