Ruruka, also known as [[SpellMyNameWithAnS Lizregbel or Liethregveel]], is the former servant of Haldaim and sacred guardian of the shrine the wizard kept. After being freed from the defunct shrine, Ruruka chooses Vald as his new master.

The proud, honorable first prince of the kingdom of Alsveith, Vald leaves his homeland in search of a way to break the ancestral curse he bears as a result of wielding Yug Verund, the crimson sword. While he finds that the curse has its uses, he struggles to reconcile his chaotic, lustful behavior under the demonic influence with his genteel self-image.

* TheDragonslayer: Though it doesn’t earn him any points - least of all from the other dragons. The party’s attempt to summon a ride over the magical barrier separating Alsveith and Zenedora goes off the rails because the dragon can smell the death of one of its fellows on him, and when his demon form [[CurbStompBattle curb-stomps]] another dragon, it does nothing but scare his friends.

* TurnTheOtherCheek: He’s very forgiving, to the point of taking Rimris’ hand gently and offering to bring him back to Alsveith like he wanted if he regains his sanity.
