* AbhorrentAdmirer: Zigzagged. Enzo never passes on the chance to hit on Carrie, but she never seems to reciprocate his affections, although she later admits that she's not ''that'' unaffected by his flirtations. In Case 8, he manages to win a date with her, but due his overly forward manners and possessiveness, she gets turned off and leaves before they could start going out. However, after he learns to be more considerate, she agrees to give him another chance [[spoiler:and eventually marries him.]]

* CharacterDevelopment: The murder of Lola du Maurier had a real big impact on him, causing him to realize just how important people close to him really are. This causes him to show a more softer and caring side towards Carrie, especially when she starts to feel unwell. Even Carrie talks about how much he has changed and how she likes the new Enzo.
* DidntThinkThisThrough: In case 10, he decided to climb onto the trapeze so he can see the world from his perspective, however, he was unable to get down again and had to be rescued.

* TallDarkAndHandsome: He's dark skinned and one of the taller members of the The Parisian Police Squad. On top of that, he often talks about being a PrettyBoy.
* TookALevelInKindness: He was already a pretty nice guy to start off with, but he learns just how important the lives of his friends really are when he loses Lola du Maurier and almost loses Carrie, becoming a more more loyal and caring towards Carrie and the rest of his friends.

* YouNeedToGetLaid: The Police Squad (especially Enzo) believe that Emile should consider joining a dating site and land himself a girlfriend. While Emile was initially nervous about putting himself in the dating spotlight, he does seriously try to find his love once he created his account.

* {{Expy}}: To Mia Loukas. Both being the beat cop in the team who makes minor appearances. However, she debuts in the start while Mia debuts halfway through the season. She also doesn't get much development in comparison to Mia.

* HairOfGoldHeartOfGold: Like the rest of the crew, she is always supportive of the player and always ready to do her part to h help. as well as her short blonde hair.

A very stern member of the local judiciary, who appears at the end of each different case to pass sentence on the convicted killers. She is also Hugo's ex-wife.

* CrazyJealousGuy: He gets enraged when he thinks Eleonora is cheating on him with another guy after finding a gift for her from someone else and goes to confront him. Turns out it was just a thank you gift.

* StarCrossedLovers: While serving as an ally to the Parisian Police Squad against Macaron's gang, he is still in a romantic relationship with his daughter Eleonora. [[spoiler:But the revelation that Antoine disapproved of their relationship after his death causes Eleonora to break it off out of respect for him.]]
* TokenGoodTeammate: He's ostensibly a member of Macaron's mafia crew, but he's nothing short of a NiceGuy, and doesn't seem to be involved in any of his leader's criminal exploits.

* AssholeVictim: [[spoiler:It's hard to feel sorry for him when you learn that he refused to help his killer's mother (whom he was dating at the time) as a teenager unless they worked for him. Aside from that, he strung along a dominatrix who genuinely loved him, using her simply to get free services.]]
* ArchEnemy: He's this to Hugo Mercier and seemingly Gauthier Delacroix aswell.
* VictimOfTheWeek: [[spoiler:He's the penultimate victim of the season.]]

* BitchInSheepsClothing: [[spoiler:She's revealed to be this in the final case after she is found to be the killer. It turns out her friendliness towards the team and her romance with Cody, were all a facade from the beginning as she was completely loyal to her father and masterminded a plot to undermine the French President so Antoine could easily take the presidency. She hired Samy to help defame the president, and later killed him after he decided to run for president himself after Antoine's death. After her arrest, Carrie cannot express enough her gratitude that Cody didn't end up marrying her.]]

* ThickerThanWater: Although she condemns her father's work as a mafia, Eleonora is quite defensive of Antoine when a stage performer made a mockery out of him. [[spoiler:When Antoine is eventually murdered, Eleonora is so devastated by her father's death that she decides to honor his memory by breaking up with Cody, whom Antoine detests.]]

* CorruptCorporateExecutive: As shown to be just as corrupt as Melodie Laurence as he is aware of the app making fake accounts of government officials like the president and Prince Amadou to get them into trouble.

* SiblingYinYang: He is the polar opposite to his brother Jawad.

* AmbiguouslyBi: She has no problems talking about how sexy the bodies are when they are brought to her, no matter what gender the are, although it's unclear if her admiration goes beyond an aesthetic appreciation, since the one person she explicitly acknowledge to have had sexual relationships with, [[spoiler:Marconi]], is a man. She also doesn't have much problems flirting with Carrie upon first properly meeting her.
