After he figures out they're imposters, he pretends to be interested to provoke Mitzy and Mabel into fighting each other, which weakens their Power of Three. At least the poor boy didn't have to rebuff advances from his "mom" (Mabel/Piper) as well as his "aunts".
* {{Ineffectual Sympathetic Villain}}s: They didn't really do much damage aside from identity theft, and their reason for it was more pitiable than anything else. Their entry in the Book of Shadows even describes them as "not worth vanquishing" and recommends binding their powers instead (reading this is what set them off), which is exactly what happens.
* ThePsychoRangers: Each correponds to a specific Halliwell sister. And much like the original Psycho Rangers, the only thing that caused their downfall was their own infighting. (Interestingly, Melody Perkins also played Astronema/Karone and worked with the original Psycho Rangers.)
* SquishyWizard: Their magic trick was efficient on the Charmed Ones but a single punch from their respective powerless GoodCounterpart was enough [[GlassCannon to knock out them]].
* StylisticSuck: To help illustrate the fact that they were rather lame witches, the one spell they wrote was correspondingly bad.
