* PoliticallyIncorrectVillain: Beyond solely his classism. On seeing Quinn dancing somewhat suggestively with Josy during the Preps' party in Episode 5, Tybalt tells the latter to "keep that lesbianism elsewhere", saying that it is "appalling". Unsurprisingly, this doesn't endear him to Maya, whose struggles with homophobia have led to significant trauma.

* ButtMonkey: Giving her a drink with absinthe during the [=HOTs=] party can have her vomit in the bathroom. She is also subject to DressesTheSame during the Halloween party when both Kylie and Christine wear the exact same nurse outfit.

* SelfMadeMan: Subverted. Despite seeing himself as this, he receives financial support from his wealthy family.

* VillainRespect: Afer being slapped by Maya in ep6, she's amused by the fact that Maya finally showed some fire.

* ManipulativeBastard: He takes advantage of Jill's naivete and NiceGirl nature by shamelessly lying to her about several things. He blames the MC for stealing her panties when he had done it himself, and then tells her that the MC started a fire in the Preps' mansion (he didn't, Derek only set off the fire sprinklers) and that his vice-president Trent wanted to sue Tremolo before Tybalt convinced him to not do so (even calling Trent petty), manipulating her into agreeing to go on three dates with him and cutting off contact with the MC. This is revealed in Episode 10, where Jill talks to Trent and learns the truth, before the two of them barge into Tybalt's room in the middle of him [[CaughtWithYourPants masturbating using a watermelon and said panties]].

* AmbiguouslyBi: In Episode 8 [[spoiler: she can have a threesome with Quinn & the MC. Her sexual interactions with Quinn are so passionate than Quinn & the MC theorize she probably had sex with girls before.]]

* PaperThinDisguise: A non-romanced Isabella shows up at the Halloween party in Episode 9 as a last-minute favour to Jill, and therefore doesn't have a costume; she settles for simply wearing Tommy's demon head mask from Hell Week over her regular clothes, as she doesn't want to be recognized as a staff member attending a fraternity party. It works on most people (a partygoer mistakes her for Heather) but anyone who knows her can recognize her easily.

** JerkWithAHeartOfGold: It's implied that his JerkAss behavior towards MC was a consequence of his substance abuse withdrawal. As he becomes cleaner, he apologizes for his behavior and tries to be a better friend.

* WalkingShirtlessScene: John Boy sticks to his underwear during most of his time on screen. The only time he wears clothes, as shown in his image, is in his visits to the Pink Rose, after a visit in his underwear led another patron to mistake him for a stripper and proposition him.

* ALighterShadeOfBlack: Quinn is no saint, and in some aspects can be just as bad as Vinny, but she at least shows some reluctance selling hard drugs and doesn't resort to physicall violence and abduction, all of which cannot be said about Vinny. The fact that even Quinn considers him dangerous and wants nothing to do with him is saying a lot.

** Notably, all sex scenes involving Heather – seeing her masturbate in Episode 4; joining her, Sarah, and Melanie in the jacuzzi in Episode 5; and letting her "use" Tremolo in Episode 9 – can only be unlocked by a DIK MC. In the last case, admittedly, she propositions you regardless of affinity, with only DIK players potentially accepting her advances.
* BuxomBeautyStandard: Her most noticeable trait.
* DCupDistress: Has perhaps the largest bust among the [=HOTs=], but seems slightly embarrassed about it when the other girls point it out.
* DefrostingIceQueen: Heather in her early appearances does often come off as standoffish to the MC (trying to talk to her for the first time even has her dismissively brush him off saying that she doesn't talk to maggots), barely talking to him and often being very curt when she does. However, she does get more friendly with him as time goes by, particularly if, in the [=HOTs=] party in Episode 7, he tells her about [[spoiler:Tommy having had sex with another girl without asking her]] and then mixes her a drink with [[spoiler:absinthe]].

* SickeninglySweethearts: With his girlfriend, Elena. He is so secure in his relationship with her that if the MC flirts with Elena at the [=HOTs=] house in Episode 4, his opinion of you actually ''improves'', figuring that his girlfriend must be really attractive if guys are flirting with her.

* NoSenseOfHumor: Subverted. It's not that Bella doesn't get jokes, she just doesn't like to show her smile to other people.

** When dressing in a toga and olive wreath for the Halloween party in Episode 9, Sally decides to wear nothing underneath, apparently for "historical accuracy" (as the MC lampshades, this does not stop her from wearing her wristwatch). This decision comes back to bite her in the ass when she accidentally slips in the darkness during the power outage and ruins her dress, causing her to be stuck in the upstairs bathroom stark naked.

** Is on reasonably good terms with all the fraternities and the [=HOTs=] (bar the Alphas, but even this can be mitigated): he can be friendly enough with Magnar and on decent terms with the tri-Betas, is canonically very popular with the [=HOTs=] (potentially even seducing most of them), and can even be on good terms with the Preps, particularly if he declares a truce towards Gordon and Christian in the dorm party and subsequently allows them to enter the Halloween party.
** Can win, or at least hold his own, every fight he gets into: he can fight off multiple Alphas when escaping from the gym, get a few hits in against Chad when the latter ambushes him, and even manages to force a draw against [[TheBrute Caleb]], with him only gaining in proficiency after training with Dwyane.

** Is an ace student, challenging even Magnar in terms of grades and endearing himself to his teachers (potentially even ''sleeping'' with a few of them).

This becomes even clearer in Episode 10: if an uncommitted MC ends Episode 9 by sleeping in his own room besides Gina, Tiffani and Tara, they unashamedly take part in the Walk of Shame, giving the impression that they had a foursome with him.

* OptionalSexualEncounter: It is entirely possible to get through the game not knowing that Cathy ''can'' be seduced. [[spoiler:Matching with "C" on Swyper and making sure that she does not reject or cut off contact with you has her sext with the MC. If you did so, you can, while driving her home from Isabella's house in Episode 5, have her perform oral sex on the MC in Bella's car. Ultimately, however, it doesn't amount to much and Cathy leaves B&R no matter what; the only consequence is that Bella (if you were on her path) will break up with you in Episode 7 after she finds Cathy's panties in her glove box. However, this is subverted in Episode 10, where she comes back, and Tremolo can have sex with her.]]
