Shortly after her introduction she declares her intent to challenge Louis for his position as the future Beastar and wants Legoshi all to herself putting her in conflict with Haru. Louis points out that despite acting sweet, Juno is in fact very greedy - wanting perfection in beauty, status and a male partner - and arrogant enough to think she can achieve those goals. Nothing is portrayed as inherently wrong with Juno's desires since she hopes to use her influence to reduce the discrimination against predators and she doesn't really hurt anyone beyond subtly threatening Haru. Upon realizing he cannot stop Legosi from returning to his fight with Riz, Louis angrily tells Legosi to go while telling himself to keep calm and to hide how he really feels. Louis ends up crying instead. Louis is at first confused and mistakes the tears for rain before drying his face, only to pause for a moment before more tears spring forth in an almost comical fashion. Legosi is flustered by the display and offers to stay a little longer before going back. In doing so, he becomes much kinder and more thoughtful, [[spoiler: to the point where during Legosi's fight with Riz he finally accepts that Legosi is his friend and that he greatly admires carnivores.]]
