!Anime House

[[folder:In General]]
* FantasticRacism: They show ''shades'' of this towards the Cartoon House, refusing to respect or acknowledge their strength and skill, even to the ones of {{Animesque}} origins.
* KiManipulation: Most of the heroes of the Anime House are capable of this; such as Goku, Vegeta, Yusuke, Naruto, Sasuke, Inuyasha, Luffy, etc.
* LuckySeven: [[spoiler:The selected strongest of the Anime heroes [[TheChosenMany chosen]] to guard the Dragon Balls are: Goku, Luffy, Ichigo, Tanjiro, Yusuke, Itadori, and Saitama.]] [[spoiler:Ironically, they, and Naruto, all end up either dead (Goku, Luffy, Ichigo, Tanjiro, and Yusuke), possessed (Yuji), or [=MIA=] (Saitama).]] [[spoiler:Though the [=OVA=] reveals that Luffy survives his battle against Madara thanks to his PlotArmor.]]
* RotatingProtagonist: Each segment focuses on a different character.
* SpotlightStealingSquad: Out of all the characters from the Anime House, L, Light, Goku, Vegeta, and Yusuke clearly get the lion’s share of focus, causing basically everyone else to be left dwindling in the void.
* SuperTeam: Played with. While they will work together at times, overall, they're simply roommates.
[[/folder]]

!!Major Characters

[[folder:Yusuke Urameshi]]
!!Yusuke Urameshi
->Portrayed by: Mark Phillips
->Origin: ''Manga/YuYuHakusho''

----
* AmbiguousSituation: [[spoiler:While it's clear that his initial fight against Shinji is nothing more than a CurbStompBattle, it's unclear whether or not Shinji would've killed him by using his "hand of the storm" technique as he was stopped by [[OriginalCharacter Tetsuo]]. On the other hand, Yusuke clearly believes he would've won regardless of what Shinji could throw at him.]]
* BerserkButton:
** Do not make fun of his "pants", or his choice of attire.
** He ''really'' doesn't like the newer Anime characters getting a big head just because the first season of their respective animes was good and often criticizes them for that.
** In that same breath, he also doesn't like them calling him a {{Hypocrite}}, since in their eyes, his own anime wasn't good either due to "low quality" and "not mentioned on social media"[[note]]Disregarding the fact that the ''Yu Yu Hakusho'' anime came out in the ''90s''[[/note]].
** Don't disrespect him or talk trash about his fighting skills.
** In Episode 5, he gains one for the Netflix Anime characters coming into the Anime House despite their shows being minor or very obscured.
** [[spoiler:Also, ''do not mess'' with Keiko, or even sexually harass any of the women in the Anime House. The "fanservice" cameraman finds this out the '''hard''' way.]]
* BlueIsHeroic: His Spirit Energy is blue as seen when firing his "Spirit Gun", but Yusuke is more anti-heroic rather than a straight example.
* BrutalHonesty: He has no problems with speaking his mind and pointing out the uncomfortable truths that others would avoid, often with mixed results.
* CallingYourAttacks: Does this every time when firing his Spirit Gun.
* {{Catchphrase}}: He sure loves to use the word, "Bastard".
* DeadpanSnarker: Often does this at times, especially if he's annoyed.
* DelinquentHair: In his own series, Yusuke's hair is frequently in the form of a pompadour. In ''Anime House'' however, he has messy ShonenHair instead.
* FingerGun: Yusuke's Spirit Gun is one that actually fires, like in his own series.
* GoodOldFisticuffs: If he doesn't use his Spirit Gun, or resorts to using it first, then he would use his fists to fight.
* HandBlast: Yusuke's signature move is the Spirit Gun, which fires energy blasts from the index finger.
* {{Irony}}: He's a HeroicBastard whose catchphrase is "''Bastard''".
* NervesOfSteel: Most of his roommates are heavy hitters in their own series, yet Yusuke has no problem with confronting them anytime with no fear of retaliation despite the power difference.
* OffWithHisHead: [[spoiler:It's heavily implied that his head was torn off after taking a direct punch from Akaza, who has SuperStrength despite the possibly that he's weakened by the sunlight, along with the fact that Hisoka's bungee gum technique kept Yusuke's feet stuck to the ground.]]
* ShonenHair: Has this type of hairstyle in ''Anime House'' instead of his pompadour.
* SmarterThanTheyLook: Yusuke may be BookDumb, but he's a genius at fighting. Also, he shows a good amount of insight regarding pop culture and critiques new and upcoming anime for its pros and cons, with mixed results.
* SuperStrength: He's physically strong enough to be able to confront many of the other heavy hitters in the Anime House and Villain House.
* WhenAllYouHaveIsAHammer: Again, like in his own series, his solution to any problem is hitting it with his fists or firing the Spirit Gun.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Vegeta]]
!!Vegeta
->Portrayed by: Desmond Johnson
->Origin: ''Franchise/DragonBall''

----
* ActionDad: Like Goku, he's also a father with a son named Trunks.
* AlwaysSecondBest: Deconstructed as the idea of Goku being stronger than him and not getting any respect causes Vegeta to pull a FaceHeelTurn at the end of Episode 4.
* AintTooProudToBeg: [[spoiler:He begs Goku to help him in Episode 6, as he's being controlled by Aizen to help decimate the Anime House and steal the Dragon Balls.]]
* BigWhat: He utters this when reading the script of ''Anime/DragonBallSuper'' and finding out that he gets beat by ''Cabba''.
* CombatPragmatist: Does to Goku in Episode 5, by sucker punching him and then [[KickThemWhileTheyAreDown giving him a vicious knockout punch when he was already down and loses Super Saiyan Blue]]. All while [[InsaneTrollLogic framing the whole thing as proof that Goku is weak and that]] ''[[InsaneTrollLogic he's]]'' [[InsaneTrollLogic the strongest]] in the interview.
* EvilIsEasy: Deconstructed. When he realizes that he won't be getting stronger in the Anime House, he turns to the Villain House to get a power boost from Babidi. However, he never actually beats Goku in a "fair fight", especially since the latter isn't focused on fighting him at the moment, is barely respected in the Villain House, [[spoiler:gets curb-stomped by Frieza, and later gets brainwashed by Aizen to kill Goku and decimate the Anime House in Episode 6]].
* EvilLaugh: He does this no less than ''three'' times in Episode 5. The first one after sending Goku flying across the field when the latter wasn't expecting the sneak attacks. The second one was in the form of a chuckle before giving the powered-down and confused Goku a vicious knock-out punch. Finally, the third one after bragging in the interview that he's now the strongest and that Goku is "weak".
* GreenEyedMonster: One of his major traits and pet peeves in ''Anime House'' is that he's AlwaysSecondBest to Goku.
* InTheBack: [[spoiler:He does this to Goku by [[FlashStep Flash Stepping]] behind him and killing him with a combined punch to the head in Episode 6.]]
* InsaneTrollLogic: PlayedForLaughs. He comes to the conclusion that himself being the strongest while Goku is weak after sucker-punching him and then [[KickThemWhileTheyAreDown knocking him out after he's down]]. Adding in on that, Goku wasn't even ''focusing'' on him at the time due to Alien X.
* OOCIsSeriousBusiness: [[spoiler:To showcase just how dire the situation is in Episode 6 with the Villain House's plans, Vegeta discards his pride and straight up ''begs'' Goku to help him break free from Aizen's controll.]]
* RivalTurnedEvil: He performs a FaceHeelTurn and goes to the Villain House in order to gain the power to become the strongest Saiyan. However, this is downplayed as he only gets slightly worse than outright evil.
* StockShonenRival: The TropeCodifier to Goku's own trope codifier of the StockShonenHero.
* ISurrenderSuckers: When Goku points out that it's not a good time for them to fight as there's still Alien X to deal with, Vegeta concedes...only to give a brutal gut punch when Goku wasn't looking and another punch to the face that sent the latter flying across the field.
* TookALevelInJerkass: Downplayed as he was already a jerk, but he becomes a bit worse when going over to the Villain House.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Son Goku]]
!!Son Goku / (Saiyan birthname: Kakarot)
->Portrayed by: Leland Manigo
->Origin: ''Manga/DragonBall''

----
* ActionDad: He's the strongest Saiyan warrior and is a father to two sons, Gohan and Goten.
* BewareTheNiceOnes: He's usually a happy-go-lucky NiceGuy, but he's the strongest Saiyan warrior of the Anime House.
* BloodKnight: He's always ready for a fight to break his limits.
* ComicallyMissingThePoint: Due to him being a GeniusDitz, certain things would fly over his head.
** As Yusuke points out how he's neglecting his two sons in favor of physical training and spars, especially to the point where ''Piccolo'' is basically raising them, Goku only replies that Gohan and Goten are fine and that he can feel his limits pushing to the brink. This prompts Yusuke to give up convincing Goku while also calling him a "deadbeat".
** As Vegeta chastises Goku for eating all the food and not saving any for the rest of them, the latter replies that it's not a big deal as they can always make more...only for Vegeta to point out that it took them ''half a day'' to make it.
* ChallengeSeeker: It goes hand-in-hand with his BloodKnight tendencies, which is deconstructed since it grates on the nerves of some of the other Anime characters as they get tired of his daily challenges.
* CurbStompBattle: He does this to Vegeta in Episode 1, complete with him not having a scratch on him while the latter has ClothingDamage.
* FatalFlaw: Like in his show, his BloodKnight tendencies and overly trusting nature. While Goku is sharp and can strategize in a fight, his eagerness to test his limits can be taken advantage of by others such as Yusuke setting up against ''Saitama''. His overly trusting nature also causes him to overlook the obvious hostility that Majin-SSB Vegeta has for him which leads to him getting brutally knocked out. In the end, these two flaws eventually result in his [[spoiler:death]] in Episode 6.
* GeniusDitz: As a martial artist, or anything involving his physical abilities, he's practically a genius, along with being surprisingly tech-savvy. Other than that, he's incredibly BookDumb, socially naive, and overly trusting.
* ParentalNeglect: He gets called out for this by Yusuke, as he focuses on training and fighting all the time instead of being with his two sons. When Goku ComicallyMissingThePoint by saying that they're both fine and with Piccolo, Yusuke only points out that is "a whole 'nother nigga raising [his] kids!". Again, the "harsher implications" fly over Goku's head and he says that he can still feel other limits to reach, which Yusuke gives up by calling him a "deadbeat".
* StockShonenHero: The TropeCodifier ''himself''.
* SuperMode: Super Saiyan Blue.
* WorldsStrongestMan: Overlapping with WorldsBestWarrior. Everyone in the Anime House considers Goku to be ''the'' strongest fighter (Saitama being the exception due to him being more of a DeusExMachina), with the only one willing to answer Goku's daily challenges is [[TheRival Vegeta]].
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Light Yagami]]
!!Light Yagami / Kira
->Portrayed by: Mark Phillips
->Origin: ''Manga/DeathNote''

----
* AchillesHeel:
** Like in his show, the Death Note doesn't work unless he knows the name and face of the person he's trying to kill, which gives him great frustration that he doesn't know L's real name till the end of Episode 2.
** As seen in Episode 4, the Death Note doesn't work on people with OnlyOneName.
* ArtifactOfDoom: He uses the Death Note, which can kill anyone by writing their full name down.
* BadLiar: Played with. He can lie well to others when being BeneathNotice, but to those who can see through his lies, he can only grasp at straws for convenience.
* BigNo: This is followed by an increasing volume of "no's" beforehand after seeing Orochimaru resurrect L at the beginning of Episode 4.
-->'''Light:''' (after Orochimaru resurrects L) ''Nooo...nooooo...NO!!!''
* BitchInSheepsClothing: Like in his own show, Light puts on a friendly facade in front of the heroes of the Anime house, but he's really a villainous schemer with a very short temper beneath the exterior.
* BrokenAce: Intelligent, athletic, handsome, and accomplished in a social-economical sense. But beneath all of that, is a dangerously unstable KnightTemplar with delusions of godhood.
* ChildOfTwoWorlds: A variation. Due to his unique status as a VillainProtagonist, he's capable of going in and out of ''both'' the Anime House and Villain House. [[spoiler:As well as sneaking any villainous Anime characters into the Anime House, as seen with Ryuk.]]
* DeadpanSnarker: He tends to do this in his inner monologue.
* HairTriggerTemper: While he's usually calm and collected on the outside, deep down, he's also got a nasty temper involving ''anything'' relating to his ego, as seen in his inner monologue throughout ''Anime House''. In fact, messing with his ego is a surefire way to set him off, as well as things not going his way.
* KnightTemplar: Although he does acknowledge his status and actions as villainous this time around, he still intends on creating a world that fits ''his'' vision of peace.
* LightIsNotGood: He wears a white dress shirt and light-colored pants, and has a name that is literally "Light" in English with a very unusual AlternateCharacterReading of "Moon" in the Japanese naming convention. He's also the VillainProtagonist of his own show and is one of the main viewpoint characters in ''Anime House''.
* MaskOfSanity: He puts on an intelligent and charming facade in front of the heroes of the Anime House, but beneath the facade is an egotistical and delusional SerialKiller who seeks godhood.
* NonActionBigBad: He's one of the {{Big Bad}}s of ''Anime House'', but he rarely fights due to many other Anime heroes and villains being much more skilled fighters than him.
* SirSwearsALot: Whenever he gets riled up, Light has a surprisingly dirty mouth.
* SmugSmiler: He tends to do this whenever he manages to get the upper hand.
* SquishyWizard: He's a force to be reckoned with when using the Death Note. But without it, Light isn't that great of a fighter nor does he have superpowers and has to rely on his wits and being BeneathNotice to overcome obstacles.
* VillainProtagonist: Of his own show and in ''Anime House'', being one of the focused characters.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:L]]
!!L / L Lawliet
->Portrayed by: Dylan Patel
->Origin: ''Manga/DeathNote''

----
* ArchEnemy: To Light Yagami.
* DeathIsCheap: He dies at the beginning of Episode 3 due to Light finding out his real name at the end of the previous episode, but he gets resurrected at the beginning of Episode 4 thanks to Orochimaru.
* FailedASpotCheck: Despite keeping his real name under wraps, he didn't anticipate that his real name would be written on ''any mail addressed to him''.
* StrongerThanTheyLook: Just like in ''Death Note'', L boasts that Light must think he's weak after punching him out of anger, before giving him the one-two combo.
* TakingYouWithMe: Invoked. After coming BackFromTheDead at the beginning of Episode 4, L used the Death Note to tie his own life to Light in the event that the latter tries to kill him again. [[spoiler:Doesn't work as Light is able to adapt around this and succeed in the decimation of the Anime House in Episode 6.]]
* {{Troll}}: Does this to Light in the first two episodes whenever the latter tries to lie his way out of anything.
[[/folder]]

!!Supporting Characters

[[folder:Spike Spiegel]]
!!Spike Spiegel
->Portrayed by: Ben Skinner
->Origin: ''Anime/CowboyBebop''

----
* AntiHero: In his own show, he's a bounty hunter whose main concern is the monetary gain from capturing wanted criminals. Though, he's not without standards.
* BadassBoast: When Inuyasha starts losing his patience with him to the point of shoving him, Spike calmly warns him not to do that and boasts that both of them would know that ''he'' (a trained assassin with a gun) can "drop" him (a HumanDemonHybrid wielding a powerful sword).
* TheCassandra: The most consistent trait he has throughout ''Anime House'' is that he can never convince anyone, aside from L and later Near, that Light ''isn't'' a hero [[spoiler:until it is too late]].
* {{Handguns}}: His primary weapon is a customized [=IMI=] Jericho 941 R chambered in [=9x19mm=].
* GoodIsNotNice: Downplayed as he's not really a {{Jerkass}}, just sarcastic and witty.
* JerkassToOne: While he's usually his sarcastic and witty self to everyone else, he's a bit more antagonistic to Light. Often criticizes him and points out his obvious bullshit, which is justified considering that Light is a BitchInSheepsClothing.
* NoSell: The only one of the Anime House beside L to see through Light's BitchInSheepsClothing persona. [[spoiler:He also doesn't get fooled by Naruto's [[BlatantLies claim]] that he was just trying to see everyone when he was really subtly, and failingly, checking out [[WorldsMostBeautifulWoman Boa Hancock]] and unfairly punishes Boruto for calling him out on it]].
* OnlySaneMan: The only one in the Anime House aside from L to be rightfully suspicious of Light.
* OralFixation: Even when he's not smoking, he usually has a cigarette in his mouth.
* ProperlyParanoid: Of Light Yagami, as he's the only one besides L to be suspicious of him regardless of the others pointing out that Light is "[[MeanCharacterNiceActor only a bad guy in his own show]]". [[spoiler:In the end, he was right about Light's true nature and the eventual damage he does in Episode 6.]]
* SmokingIsCool: Is constantly seen with a cigarette in his mouth and is a total badass.
* WouldHurtAChild: Justified when he goes up against Robin in Episode 5, since the latter attacked first and is currently invading the Anime House along with the other Cartoon characters.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Inuyasha]]
!!Inuyasha
->Portrayed by: Desmond Johnson
->Origin: ''Manga/{{Inuyasha}}''

----
* AncestralWeapon: The Tessaiga was once wielded by his father.
* HairTriggerTemper: Like in his own show, he's openly grumpy, with a base state of "mildly irritated", and it doesn't take much to set him off. He nearly starts a fight with Spike after his patience is tested in the very first episode.
* HumanDemonHybrid: He's a half-dog yōkai.
* NotAMorningPerson: He prefers to sleep in and only wake up at a certain time.
* RedIsHeroic: He wears a red kimono and is an AntiHero.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Sasuke Uchiha]]
!!Sasuke Uchiha
->Portrayed by: Dylan Patel
->Origin: ''Manga/{{Naruto}}'' (formerly), ''Manga/{{Boruto}}'' (Current)

----
* BewareTheQuietOnes: He rarely talks and usually stands in a corner. But he's a powerful Shinobi on par with Naruto.
* DarkSecret: [[spoiler:Episode 6 reveals that he's secretly seeing a woman behind Sakura's back.]]
* HandicappedBadass: Of his own choice. Unlike Naruto, Sasuke doesn't get a replacement arm but it doesn't dull his badassery in the slightest.
* ManOfKryptonite: Downplayed, as Sasuke is only this to Aizen's Kyōka Suigetsu's Shikai, which allows Aizen to put one under complete hypnosis (i.e. complete control of the target's five senses). However, the match is implied to be cut short due to both fighters getting too serious for sparring sessions, so we don't see how heavily this impacts Sasuke and Aizen's matchup outside of evening the playing field.
* NoSell: Thanks to his Sharingan and Rinnegan, he can easily break free of Aizen's [[MasterOfIllusion Kanzen Saimin]].
* MasterSwordsman: Courtesy of Bukijutsu, and he primarily uses a sword.
* OneArmedWarrior: He only has one arm, but is still a deadly Shinobi.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Naruto Uzumaki]]
!!Naruto Uzumaki
->Portrayed by: John Newton
->Origin: ''Manga/{{Naruto}}'' (formerly), ''Manga/{{Boruto}}'' (Current)

----
* ActionDad: He's the [[WorldsStrongestMan strongest Shinobi]] and father to Boruto.
* AwesomenessByAnalysis: [[spoiler:The moment he sees ''Frieza'' as his training partner, it firmly proves in his mind that the training exercise set up by the producers is fake.]]
* BattleAura: [[spoiler:He flairs up his Six Paths Sage Mode in preparation to fight Frieza]].
* DotingParent: To Boruto, often chastising the younger Anime characters for excluding his son in their activities and promoting that his son's show is just as good as his own...with mixed results.
* MesACrowd: The Shadow Clone Jutsu, though he's only seen using this in the opening of Episode 5.
* NotAGame: [[spoiler:"I know this isn't training. Cause why would they send [Frieza]?"]]
* ParentChildTeam: With his son Boruto, whether it be training or promoting the latter's show.
* PowerPalms: He uses Rasengan, which is a one-handed Jutsu that allows him to form a ball of concentrated and rotating Chakra on his palm. Like with the Shadow Clone Jutsu, he's only seen using this in the opening of Episode 5 in its "Big Ball" variant and later uses it again while showing off with the Big Three plus Aizen.
* TheWorfEffect: [[spoiler:Although his ''Boruto''-era self is relatively weaker (emphasis on '''relative''') due to the ongoing peaceful times in his son's SpinOffspring series, he's regarded as the most powerful Shinobi in the world. In Episode 6, however, he gets killed quite easily by a casual [[FingerPokeOfDoom Death]] [[HandBlast Beam]] to the right lung by Frieza, even after going into his Six Paths Sage Mode. This not only shows just how dangerous the villainous alien (especially since he has attained his "Black Frieza" SuperMode in the ''Super'' manga) is but also shows how driven the Villain House is to win.]]

[[folder:Ichigo Kurosaki]]
!!Ichigo Kurosaki
->Portrayed by: Ben Skinner
->Origin: ''Manga/{{Bleach}}''

----
* AchillesHeel:
** [[spoiler:Since his current form is entirely made of Reishi (i.e. spirit particles), he's just as vulnerable to Kabuto's Chakra Scalpal as every other living being. But instead of killing him, it would only cause his Soul Reaper form to be paralyzed.]]
** [[spoiler:One of the surefire ways to kill a Soul Reaper is decapitation, which is what Orochimaru does to Ichigo in Episode 6.]]
* BlackSwordsAreBetter: His Zanpakutō, Zangetsu, and its true form are all black swords.
* DarkIsNotEvil: He wears mostly black, his Zanpakutō is black, and the Reishi he unleashed is colored black, but he's one of the heroes.
* DeaderThanDead: He gets killed in his Soul Reaper form.
* KatanasAreJustBetter: His Zanpakutō is currently in its Bankai form; a black katana.
* MasterSwordsman: He's very capable of wielding his Zanpakutō, Zangetsu.
* OffWithHisHead: [[spoiler:He gets his head cut off by Orochimaru's [[CoolSword Kusanagi Sword]] in Episode 6.]]
* OurGhostsAreDifferent: He's always seen in his shinigami form; who has been granted tremendous supernatural powers to police the afterlife.
* SwordBeam: Getsuga Tenshō!

[[folder:Izuku Midoriya]]
!!Izuku Midoriya
->Portrayed by: Mark Phillips
->Origin: ''Manga/MyHeroAcademia''

----
* CassandraTruth: Double Subverted. When Izuku warns the other Anime characters currently upstairs that the Cartoon House is attacking, everyone believes him, but they don't take the threat seriously as "cartoons" are not at their level.
* DidntSeeThatComing: He wasn't prepared when Hisoka was capable of [[PunchCatch catching his punch]] in 'Full Cowling', and neither was he aware that Hisoka set a trap with his Bungee Gum.
* EmpoweredBadassNormal: He was originally Quirkless, but is given One for All, one of the strongest Quirks in his show.
* EndearinglyDorky: It wouldn't be Izuku if he wasn't his usually socially awkward and emotionally sensitive self.
* FastAsLightning: After Izuku starts beginning to safely use One For All at safe levels his body can handle with 'Full Cowling', his usage of the power is indicated by green lightning arcing off him rather than the VolcanicVeins that indicated where he was channeling the power beforehand. At this point, rather than using the full power of One For All for devastating but single-use attacks, Izuku becomes more primarily focused on utilizing the enhanced speed and mobility Full Cowling grants him to engage opponents. The more power he channels, the stronger and bigger the lightning that generates off him, though it appears to be purely a visual effect, as Izuku can handle both machines and people whilst in this state without electrocuting them.
* FlashStep: He's capable of avoiding Hisoka's attacks through his SuperSpeed.
* {{Kiai}}: Invoked in Episode 1 by him yelling "Detriot Smash" when practicing for his show. Unfortunately, Izuku couldn't impress the Veteran Anime characters as he "lacked" something.
* NoRespectGuy: Izuku finds himself in this position every now and then with his show being looked down on by the veteran anime protagonists, though it's downplayed he at least has more respect from others in comparison to Boruto and Shinji.
* NotSoAboveItAll: Despite being a NiceGuy, Izuku does have his moments of ''not'' being one.
** In Episode 4, he, along with Tanjiro, Bam, and Senku, would often exclude Boruto from hanging out with them as even ''he'' doesn't respect Boruto's show.
** [[spoiler:In Episode 6, he digs into Asta's show falling off in his own way by stating that he came back "buff and shit" for no reason. He also rebukes Tanjiro's critique of his show by stating that "he wouldn't understand and that he's just like the rest of them".]]
* ProneToTears: He often sheds TenderTears whenever he gets distressed, which is something that's constantly lampshaded by the other Anime characters.
* ShirtlessScene: Doesn't wear a shirt in his first appearance in ''Anime House''.
* SpeedBlitz: He does this against Hisoka using 'Full Cowling' to land an initial punch and try to confuse him to get an opening.
* TheStrategist: Deconstructed. He does this in Episode 3 against Hisoka, and after his initial attack fails, he comes up with a plan to avoid his attacks with his speed advantage and tire him out. But ultimately, Izuku fails to win the fight due to Hisoka's fighting experience, greater power, and creative use of his Nen ability, "Bungee Gum".
* SuperSpeed: He can run extremely fast thanks to 'Full Cowling'.
* ToBeAMaster: He wants to become the #1 Hero like his idol, All Might.
* TheWorfBarrage: No matter how fast he is or what plan he comes up with, none of that works against Hisoka as the latter can easily counter him and manipulate him into a trap.

[[folder:Yugi Muto]]
!!Yugi Muto / Yami Yugi (Atem)
->Portrayed by: Mark Phillips
->Origin: ''Manga/YuGiOh''

----
* BerserkButton: Don't be an asshole to him, whether you lose or win, or Yami will appear.
* BullyHunter: Yami will come out whenever Yugi feels mistreated.
* CripplingOverspecialization: Challenge Yugi to a video game, or any sort of game that doesn't involve strenuous physical activity, then he's a GodlikeGamer. Challenge him to an organized sport, that involves that sort of strenuous physical activity, then he'll be in trouble.
* {{Irony}}: There's something funny about Yugi accepting invites to play basketball in Episode 3, as his first, original manga appearance has him turning down the offer to play basketball.
* MythologyGag: Yugi playing Basketball in Episode 3 is a contrast to the very first chapter of the ''Yu-Gi-Oh!'' manga where he turned down an invite from a classmate to play basketball.
* NonActionGuy: Like in his series, Yugi doesn't physically fight nor have the strength and aggression for it.
* SecretIdentityVocalShift: Whenever he shifts into Yami, his voice either becomes deeper or gains an electronic echo.
* SignatureMon: Dark Magician and strangely, Obelisk the Tormentor.
* SoreLoser: Inverted. Anytime Yugi were to lose in a game, he'd take it with stride. If you're being an [[UnsportsmanlikeGloating asshole about your win]], however, then prepare for Yami.
* WorldsBestWarrior: Gamer in this sense, as he beats Vegeta in ''VideoGame/JumpForce'' in his debut appearance. Also, Yami could be anyone in Duel Monsters.

[[folder:Saitama]]
!!Saitama / One-Punch Man
->Portrayed by: Mark Phillips
->Origin: ''Webcomic/OnePunchMan''

----
* AdaptedOut: He's never called by his hero name, "Caped Baldy".
* BloodKnight: Downplayed. He's always up for a fight to feel the thrill he once lost, but only if he thinks the opponent will be worth it.
* ChallengeSeeker: Played with. He would seek fights in order to regain the once-forgotten thrill of a real fight after being an InvincibleHero for so long, but only if the opponent's strength catches his eye as seen with Alien X.
* CripplingOverspecialization: In a direct physical fight, or anything involving his physical abilities, Saitama is invincible. But anything outside of that, he'll range from average to near helpless.
* CurbStompBattle:
** He does this Vegeta in Episode 2, even though he didn't want to fight him.
** He does again in Episode 5, but against Alien X.
* DeusExMachina: He functions as this in ''Anime House''. Whenever he appears for a battle, his victory is always ensured, and by extension, the Anime House. [[spoiler:This works against the Anime House in episode 6 as he "forgot" to take the Dragon Ball he's supposed to guard, which ends up giving the Villain House the victory ''they'' seek.]]
* FlatCharacter: He has minimal characterization besides being a selective BloodKnight and ChallengeSeeker, and a LazyBum off the clock whenever he physically makes an on-screen appearance. But it's not always a bad thing and his forgone victories are always entertaining to watch.
* InvincibleHero: Nobody can defeat Saitama in a physical fight, whether they be a hero or villain.
* {{Irony}}: Aside from Saitama, he's referred to as "One-Punch Man" instead of "Caped Baldy", which is ironic given that inverse in his own series.
* LazyBum: When off the clock, he would usually take naps for long periods of time.

* BlackSwordsAreBetter: While played straight in ''Anime House'', it's subverted in his own show. Demon Slayers' swords take their color depending on the slayer who owns them. Tanjiro's black blade seems to be an oddity, and an ill omen of sorts - no slayer with a black blade ever became a Hashira.
* CripplingOverspecialization: Downplayed. As part of the Demon Slayer Corps, Tanjiro's Breathing styles are focused more on exterminating the Demons in his own show but are capable of utilizing them against human and living opponents. * DarkIsEvil: Downplayed. He wears a black coat and black pants but is considered a SpoiledBrat by nearly everyone in the Anime House, and often calls his dad to "encourage" others into including him in their activities.
* DisappointedInYou: A rare child-to-parent example in a non-verbal way. When Naruto expresses concern about the Cartoon House coming back one day, Boruto gives a disappointed stare at his father for being worried about the "[[FantasticRacism cartoons]]" despite being the Hokage.
* TheFriendNobodyLikes: None of the Anime characters in his age group "likes" Boruto and often exclude him from their usual activities, and it doesn't help that he would get his dad to shame them into letting him join.

* BigBrotherInstinct: Just like in canon, Lelouch loves his little sister Nunnally so much, that he becomes Zero and starts a war against Britannia so he can make a better world for her to live in. This is what also motivates him to solve the case of who killed L at the end of Episode 5 due to the reward being a wish granted by the Dragon Balls, [[spoiler:until Light works out a deal with him to decimate the Anime House to steal the Dragon Balls instead.]]
* BigWhat: When he uses his Geass on Light to reveal if he knew who killed L, Light states that he doesn't (thanks to his MemoryGambit), causing him to exclaim a shocked, "Wait, what?", since the Geass is absolute and can force those under its thrall to reveal the truth of what they knew. But mentioning his very complicated love-hate relationship with Askeladd, who also killed his father, in that same breath will drive Thorfinn into a murderous rage.
* BewareTheQuietOnes: Whenever he's not perpetually angry, he's usually very quiet. Which only shows the simmering hate he has for Askeladd.
* BigShutUp: As Tanjiro casually mentioned both his dead father and his complicated relationship with Askeladd in the same breath, Thorfinn loses his temper and yells at him to "shut up!", all while running up to him with the intent to kill him.

* {{Jerkass}}: Doesn't so much as greet Yuji nor does he appreciate the latter trying to sympathize with him over a dead relative.
* NoSocialSkills: As Tanjiro puts it, he's anti-social due to the trauma from watching his dad get killed and the murderous hate he has towards Askeladd.
* NoSympathyForGrudgeholders: Played with. No one calls Thorfinn out for his grudge against Askeladd and some of them understand where he's coming from and his current anti-social behavior, but they clearly don't condone Thorfinn lashing out whenever someone accidentally hits his BerserkButton. Tanjiro even warns Yuji to stay clear of people like Thorfinn, mentioning that he would have to kill Thorfinn if the latter were to try something like that again. Yuji goes so far as calling Thorfinn "crazy", with Tanjiro agreeing in turn, all while still within Thorfinn's earshot.

* CharlesAtlasSuperpower: Due to his intense martial arts training, he's capable of beating down opponents larger than him. As he did to Spike Spiegel off-screen.
* HiddenWeapons: He hid his bo staff from behind his back when politely greeting Spike, just before he makes the declaration of "making [Cartoon House] own rules".
* TheLeader: Of the Teen Titans, a group of teenage superheroes. He's also this for the group formed by the Cartoon House in Episode 5.

The titular hero of ''Ben 10'', specifically of the ''Alien Force'' and ''Ultimate Alien''-era.
----
* AlwaysABiggerFish: Despite his Alien X form getting an AdaptationalBadass in the web series, he's still no match for ''Saitama''.
* AntagonistAbilities: It's only fitting that Ben uses [[RealityWarper Alien]] [[TheOmnipotent X]] in his brief role as a HeroAntagonist, his powers and abilities include:
** ThePowerOfCreation: Celestialsapiens have the power to create ''anything'' they can think of, and in Ben's case, creating superpowers for himself to use to defeat the Anime characters.
*** {{Teleportation}}: He can teleport to anywhere he wants, and can appear from behind others without making a sound.
*** AreaOfEffect: He can unleash a devastating shockwave to knock out opponents in an area, such as Killua, Izuku, Jin, and the unnamed Netflix Anime character.
*** SuperStrength: He can match and trade blows with ''Goku''.
*** SuperSpeed: He moves just as fast as Goku, and is capable of RapidFireFisticuffs, SpeedBlitz, and FlashStep.
*** NighInvulnerability: Is invulnerable to most forms of damage, since he can trade blows with Goku, take a sucker punch with no worse for wear from Majin-SSB Vegeta, and can shrug off a telekinetic hold performed by 79% Mob. The only one who can knock him out is [[LethalJokeCharacter Saitama]].
* CurbStompBattle:
** He casually knocks out Izuku, Killua, Jin, and the unnamed Netflix anime character simultaneously through a shockwave. He also would've done the same to 79% Mob if it weren't for Goku inviting him for a fight instead.
** He later gets the receiving end of this by Saitama, which is a no-brainer.
* DarkIsNotEvil: Downplayed. His Alien X form is depicted as a completely black, featureless humanoid in ''Anime House'', but ultimately, he's only attacking the Anime House in order to gain their respect.
* NinjaPirateRobotZombie: He is a [[KidHero Kid]] SuperHero capable of VoluntaryShapeshifting into various Aliens. ''Alien Force'' also makes him an honorary member of the [[SpacePolice Plumbers]] and reveals he has some alien blood himself (though not enough to make him significantly different from a regular human).
* NoSell: As Alien X, Mob's Esper power at 79% does little to affect him aside from telekinetically lifting him up for a bit. He also takes a sucker punch from Majin-SSB Vegeta with no worse for wear.
* StealthHiBye: He appears right behind Deku as the latter is warning everyone else that the Cartoon House is attacking.
* ThrowingOffTheDisability: For some reason, Alien X doesn't have the AwesomeButImpractical status from ''Ben 10'', and Ben is able to freely use the Celestialsapien's form without drawbacks.
* TransformationTrinket: He wields the Omnitrix, allowing him to transform into any of its collections of over one million different sentient alien species.
* UnevenHybrid: Subverted. He's technically 3/4 Human and 1/4 Anodite due to his grandmother Verdona. However, since Anodites are EnergyBeings, they do not possess physical [=DNA=] (confirmed by WordOfGod) and can only reproduce with other physical beings by creating a physical avatar, thus making Ben fully human even if he also possesses "the spark" like his cousin Gwen.
* VoluntaryShapeshifting: Overlapping with ComboPlatterPowers. His main ability provided by the Omnitrix is to turn into various alien creatures, each one with its own set of powers. He started out limited to ten forms (hence his surname), only to get more and more as his own story goes on.
* TheWorfEffect: He easily knocked out Killua, Jin, Izuku, and one of the unnamed Netflix Anime characters as Alien X to show just how dangerous a [[RealityWarper reality-warping]] alien can be, despite originating from a "cartoon". He goes further by [[NoSell no-selling]] against 79% Mob and keeps up with ''base-form [[WorldsStrongestMan Goku]]'' of all people.

[[spoiler:Doesn't work as Light is able to adapt around this and succeed in the decimation of the Anime House in Episode 6.]]
* {{Troll}}: Does this to Light in the first two episodes whenever the latter tries to lie his way out of anything.

[[folder:Spike Spiegel]]
!!Spike Spiegel
->Portrayed by: Ben Skinner
->Origin: ''Anime/CowboyBebop''

----
* AntiHero: In his own show, he's a bounty hunter whose main concern is the monetary gain from capturing wanted criminals.
* {{Handguns}}: His primary weapon is a customized [=IMI=] Jericho 941 R chambered in [=9x19mm=].

* HumanDemonHybrid: He's a half-dog yōkai.
* NotAMorningPerson: He prefers to sleep in and only wake up at a certain time.

* BewareTheQuietOnes: He rarely talks and usually stands in a corner. But he's a powerful Shinobi on par with Naruto.
* DarkSecret: [[spoiler:Episode 6 reveals that he's secretly seeing a woman behind Sakura's back.]]

[[folder:Izuku Midoriya]]
!!Izuku Midoriya
->Portrayed by: Mark Phillips
->Origin: ''Manga/MyHeroAcademia''

----
* CassandraTruth: Double Subverted.

----
* AdaptedOut: He's never called by his hero name, "Caped Baldy".
* CurbStompBattle:
* OneHitKill: It's in his title, as he can defeat anyone and everyone with a single punch. If not, then he's not "trying" hard enough.
* PerpetualSmiler: He's usually seen wearing a dopey grin on his face.
* PowerfulAndHelpless: Just because he's an InvincibleHero who can singlehandedly beat anyone and everyone in a direct fight doesn't mean he's reliable nor is he immune to trickery, [[spoiler:which ends up causing the Anime House to be devastated by the Villain House as they stole the last Dragon Ball since Saitama "forgot" to bring it with him.]]
* TheStoic: He never raises his voice or gets overly excited.
* UncertainDoom: [[spoiler:While everyone else's death is confirmed and they get killed on-screen, Saitama's fate remains uncertain despite Madara assuring Sukuna that he'll be dealt with, as his "training match" wasn't shown nor does Light's phone show that he was confirmed to be killed.]]

Y'all introduced ''ten characters every episode''! For what reason?! I can't keep up! Y'all might as well just ''box and say no words''! (''{{Beat}}'') Oh wait, you ''already'' do that!"
* CurbStompBattle: He easily gets knocked out by [[RealityWarper Alien X]].
* NoNameGiven: An InUniverse [[SubvertedTrope subversion]]. He ''does'' have a name, but due to his anime's CompressedAdaptation, Yusuke has no idea what his name is nor do the names of his friends.
* NonIndicativeName: Not him, but the title of his show. As Yusuke points out, why is Jin's show called, "The God of ''High School''", with the main setting no longer taking place in a high school after three episodes?
* ThreeAmigos: With Yoo Mira and Han Daewi.
* TokenMinority: He's the second Anime character in the Anime House whose show originated from a '''{{Manhwa}}''' as well.
* YouHaveGotToBeKiddingMe: He has this reaction when Yusuke doesn't know his name or his friends' names at all. This is only to [[TakeThat highlight]] how bad his anime is due to the compressed storyline consisting of the first ''120 chapters crammed into a single season of 13 episodes''.

!!Thorfinn "Karlsefni", Son of Thors
->Portrayed by: Dylan Patel

----
* TheAloner: He prefers to be alone.
* BerserkButton: This also doubles as a RelativeButton. Mentioning his dead father, even if it's coming from others who went through similar losses, causes Thorfinn to be annoyed.
* HairTriggerTemper: Usually, Thorfinn is anti-social and quiet, but he also has a very short temper that can trigger him into a homicidal rage if you managed to piss him off.

* HeroicBSOD: When Yuji meets him for the first time, Eren is currently brooding in a dark room with Tanjiro explaining that he's in a weird place from stress, due to his show's last season airing with a different animation style.
* SanitySlippage: When meeting Eren for the first time, he starts off with a HeroicBSOD; involving him sitting on the bed, his head down, and not making a single sound. Tanjiro explains that it's the result of Eren being stressed due to his last season airing with a different animation style and whatnot, but once Tanjiro leaves the room, Eren starts whispering about {{Revenge}} on the Marleyans and Reiner. -->'''Pain:''' Hisoka's always on that pedophile shit. We don't fuck with that. Not one of us. ''(Looking to the other Paths of Pain)'' Y'all fuck with that? ''(They all shake their heads in disapproval)'' Exactly.

And then begins to start partying and dancing with them until Orochimaru shows up to see what's going on, as Aizen immediately changes tones to keep his partying side hidden.
* OnlySaneMan: Compared to nearly everyone else in the Villain House, Aizen usually has to keep everyone calm whenever arguments or turmoil are going on amongst them.
* PunchClockVillain: In his time in the Villain House, Aizen's usually rather calm and laid back, not wanting to be engaging in pure villainy all the time. * FantasticRacism:
** It wouldn't be Frieza if he didn't have his racism for the Saiyans, and often calls them [[SonOfAnApe monkeys or any variant of simian names]] as a dehumanizing insult.

----
* AlwaysABiggerFish: Despite his Alien X form getting an AdaptationalBadass in the web series, he's still no match for ''Saitama''.
* CurbStompBattle:

* PutOnABus: He disappears from the narrative after Light does his MemoryGambit at the end of Episode 5.
* SlasherSmile: He's often wearing this expression.

* TheTeamNormal:

to:

* BadassNormal: He doesn't have any superpowers or even a magical item like the others, but he's skilled with a sword and is capable of fighting multiple opponents in ''Vinland Saga''. Deconstructed in Episode 6 however, [[spoiler:as he gets killed with his own sword by Madara to showcase how strong ''and'' further skill the latter is]].
* TheTeamNormal: The only member in the Villain House to be fully human and uses mundane weaponry. Deconstructed [[spoiler:when he goes up against Madara in Episode 6]].

* HeWhoMustNotBeSeen: He's never seen despite living in the Villain House and giving Vegeta a power boost.

* AchillesHeel:
** Like in his show, the Death Note doesn't work unless he knows the name and face of the person he's trying to kill, which gives him great frustration that he doesn't know L's real name till the end of Episode 2.
** As seen in Episode 4, the Death Note doesn't work on people with OnlyOneName.

* BadLiar: Played with. He can lie well to others when BeneathNotice, but to those who can see through his lies, he can only grasp at straws for convenience.

->'''Light (inner monologue)''': ''Nooo...nooooo...NO!''

Added DiffLines:

* DeadpanSnarker: He tends to do this in his inner monologue.

Added DiffLines:

* SmugSmiler: He tends to do this whenever he manages to get the upper hand.
* SquishyWizard: He's a force to be reckoned with when using the Death Note. But without it, Light isn't that great of a fighter nor does he have superpowers and has to rely on his wits and being BeneathNotice to overcome obstacles.

Added DiffLines:

* StrongerThanTheyLook: Just like in ''Death Note'', L boasts that Light must think he's weak after punching him out of anger, before giving him the one-two combo.
