Unfortunately for Aultcray, it doesn't go as planned, since Malty instead chose to save Naofumi from his trial.

However, while it may apply to Melty, Malty is an adult with her own ambitions to become queen, which makes her not interested in framing Naofumi for rape, compared to Aultcray doing so for petty revenge.
