The CEO of Grooper Industries, he is a megalomaniac and a genetic ArmsDealer in leagues with The Great Question in the Gallant Comics reboot of Amazing-Man. He has the scientist create a species of plant men which he later transform himself into, and kidnaps Zoe Henderson all to lure in Amazing-Man for the Great Question. He is base off the character of the same name who was created by the late Jack Kirby, and appeared in Alarming Tales.
