The second villainous force is [[spoiler:the remnants of the Hollow's magic which was divided into the four vampire Mikaelson's at the end of the previous season which keeps the family separated as, if they are ever together, catastrophe could occur for Hope and New Orleans. Near the end of the season Hope absorbs the Hollow fragments into herself and uses its power to wipe out the Nightwalkers at the end of the tenth episode. Unfortunately the magic begins killing Hope leading Klaus to find a way to transfer it into himself so that he can kill himself and end the threat once and for all making the Hollow the FinalBoss of the series.]]
