* Literature/TheStarloreLegacy: The overarching antagonist of the series is C'Fir Apollus Dracus, or simply Lord Dracus, the allegory version of Satan. Although he's also something of a GreaterScopeVillain, he does influence several of the more immediate villains directly. In addition, just about every book (except the first one) has a Big Bad specific to the current plotline:
** FLIGHT: [[spoiler:Linden Lockridge and the Galactic Alliance chancellor]].
** LORE: The prefect of Reekojah.
** OATH: Two separate Big Bads in two separate timelines--the Kaynian general and Prefect Zar.
** MERCHANT and RECLAMATION: Prefect Terrok and Fasa Kylos.

Added DiffLines:

* Literature/OrigamiYoda really doesn't have any true villains, but in each book one character usually plays an antagonistic role.
** The Strange Case of Origami Yoda: Harvey, who goes from trying to prove Origami Yoda is a hoax to actively antagonizing Tommy and Dwight with his own EvilKnockoff of Yoda.
** Darth Paper Strikes Back: Darth Paper, if Harvey wasn't trolling when he said Darth Paper is the one who came up with their EvilPlan against Dwight.
** The Secret of the Fortune Wookiee technically has NoAntagonist, although the very end sets up Edu-Fun Products as the BigBad for the next couple books.
** The Surprise Attack of Jabba the Puppett at first seems to have Principal Rabbski, who is the one responsible for canceling the elective classes and replacing them with the terrible and obnoxious [=FunTime=] program, although it becomes apparent towards the end that she's not "The Empress" so much as someone being pushed upon by forces above her. Although the students more treat Professor [=FunTime=] and Gizmo, the fictional characters of the [=FunTime=] videos, as the antagonists they're fighting.
** Princess Labelmaker to the Rescue has Dr. Karl Blonsky, head of Edu-Fun.
** Emperor Pickletine Rides the Bus has Harvey, who created Emperor Pickletine to annoy everyone on the bus, or maybe Emperor Pickletine himself if he truly represents "the sour side" of the force.

He is responsible for ordering or allowing his minions to kidnap and murder several innocents; the men are tortured and killed, while the women are captured and impregnated by Willie and the other freaks so that he can repopulate his freakshow.

** Conan the Valorous: A BigBadEnsemble between the Stygian sorceress Hathor-Ka and the Vendhyan sorcerer Jaganath, who both seek to use the Great Summoning the Powers to become the most powerful sorcerer in the world. Meanwhile, series antagonist Thoth-Amon is the GreaterScopeVillain who obstensibly offers to aid Hathor-Ka in exchange for becoming equal through the Great Summoning, spoiler:but in reality sabatoges her by giving her false intstuctions to perform the Great Summoning, as Thoth-Amon knows better than to tamper with the powers that Hathor-Ka and Jaganath are, and instead seeks to use their feud to rid himself of rival sorcerers.
