Instrumental also has a low growling sound that is accompanied by creepy whistle blowing.

As Sarvente sings harder, she occasionally harmonizes her singing with Evil Skid and Pump, which creates a somewhat pleasant tune to listen too. When more characters arrive to battle Sarvente, the latter's singing becomes more panicked, while the extra corrupted characters get to show off their own notes. Once Evil Skid and Pump return to rap battle Sarvente again, they all end that battle by singing long sets of notes that sound distorted.

Near the end of the song, Ruv and Evil Pico [[SpeedEchoes rap in a pace so fast that they start to emit afterimages of themselves]] and it is also where "Blasphemy" builds itself up to reach the peak of its beat, before finally dropping it.

At the start of the song, the "Pico" {{Leitmotif}} can be heard as it slowly builds up Sunday's guitar rocking. Combined with Sunday's guitar and Ruv's loud voice, they syncronize so well that they are able to overpower Evil Pico in the first half of the song. Despite Sunday's connection with Ruv being cut off by Evil Pico, the second half of the song becomes more disco themed, when combining with the flashing lights of the tunnel in the background. As Ruv leaves the tunnel, he lets out a long set of notes that fully refills his health, while building up the departure his of the tunnel. Near the end of the song, Ruv's rapping becomes so much more intense the moment his Corruption really starts to spread from the lack of backup and Evil Mommy Mearest making her appearance.

On top of it loud instrumentals, Sunday's guitar further heightens the noise of "Intermission", which even causes Evil Girlfriend to block out her ears. As all of the survivors sing, they also use their resources to combat Evil Girlfriend, so they are always on the winning side.
