* Throughout Chapter 6, Lisette is held back by [[LikeBrotherAndSister her status as family with Alto]], which, as Sakuya puts it, keeps her from being true to her heart and keeps her from being able to Sing. Her denial of her own feelings also makes it impossible to tune her. When the Harbingers attack, Lisette is cursed by Hilda and is taken out of commission, forcing the 9th Regiment to fight the Harbingers in their home turf to break this curse. The level design is forced to put the player in a difficult position, especially without the main healer available. When Marie finally gets Lisette to be true to her feelings, she's transported to the battlefield, finally admits her love for Alto, and then unveils [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_6hKHt5yWtk her healing Song]] that gives the staying power to see this battle through. It's a cathartic moment, both from a plot and gameplay standpoint.

** Archibald is in a complete HeroicBSOD after [[spoiler:Anastasia's death]] and despite Elmar ordering him to defend the city, he doesn't. Elmar demands ''he'' be given Archie's sword and armor if he won't fight, reminding him of [[spoiler:the queen's]] last words and how if he doesn't do anything she'll have died in vain. * When [[spoiler:Alto faces Elcrest]], no matter how much damage the enemy hits you with, Alto will not die and refuses to give up, making you unable to lose.
