I just rewatched Alteration, in particular their final fight and there is literally no indication that Kazuma won the fight. In fact, the movie is actually far more inconclusive than the series about the victor and while the fist raised at the end of the film is definitely Kazuma's, it's part of an entirely different context related to the film's new epilogue.
