* If you are a fan of the X-Men, then seeing Senator Robert Kelly’s anti-robot rhetoric fall flat on a live global broadcast as first Optimus Prime gives an impassioned apology for not being able to stop the war from coming back to Earth and an even better speech about striving for equality and understanding before saying that the autobots will happily accept the decision of humans to leave now that the fighting (and damage repair) is over, but then Secretary of Defense runs up with a decision straight from the President that the Autobots are now honorary American citizens and can stay as long as they like… well, it’s very satisfying. And if you’re not a fan of the X-Men, it’s still satisfying.

The very concept of mashing up the Ultimate Marvel universe and the Movie-style Transformers was bound to lead to lots of this.
