* While it ends tragically, Dan attempts an escape worthy of [[TheAvengers2012 Black Widow]]: head butting a captor, smashing his chair, getting his handcuffs free and his hands in front of him, and then strangling said captor. And then even after he's shot, he still manages to hang on long enough to pass on a crucial piece of intel to Chloe.

* Chloe and Lucifer arrive at Le Mec's base to save their daughter, Rory, and [[RoaringRampageOfRescue tear through his team like they are]] '''[[RoaringRampageOfRescue nothing]]'''. It's especially noteworthy since the goons are wielding Rory's sharp, metallic feathers, that can hurt even Lucifer, as weapons. Le Mec pissed off the '''wrong''' [[MamaBear mom]] and [[PapaWolf dad]].

* A meta example: Tom Ellis switching perfectly in-and-out of his British accent while speaking to Dan, some major props for the actor.

* A meta-example: Inbar Lavi does an amazingly good impersonation of Chloe.

** Keep in mind that previous humans who saw Lucifer were merely limited to seeing parts of his body, like his face or wings. Here, Chloe has to face ''his full Devil form'', his face, body, and wings all transformed. She is probably the first human who sees him in this form. The scene basically acts as a litmus test for her struggle to accept Lucifer; the fact that she not only accepts it, but helps him find the answer to resolve it, serves as a major CharacterDevelopment for her.

** The First Angel bows. The Angel of Death. Hell's Greatest Torturer. The First Woman. Who doesn't? Chloe. Only SHE is worthy enough to remain standing.

* The massive [=#SaveLucifer=] campaign initiated by fans, the cast, and the crew after Fox [[ScrewedByTheNetwork unceremoniously nixed the show days before the airing of the Season 3 finale]]. The result? Netflix decided to pick it up... ''[[JustInTime one day]]'' before the deadline for the contract termination between the cast and the executives. As of June 2020, ''Lucifer'' has amassed three season orders from Netflix since its ChannelHop, meaning the Lucifans' efforts to save the show paid off big time.
** Paid off for Netflix too as Lucifer is now one of the most streamed shows worldwide.
* Tom Ellis' appearance as Lucifer in ''Series/{{Crisis on Infinite Earths|2019}}'' means that the actor can claim the rare distinction of portraying the same character in three different networks (Fox, Netflix, and now Creator/TheCW).
* Season 5 has a new BigBad: Michael, Lucifer's ''twin'' brother. The final shot of the trailer has the two brothers facing off meaning that we have Tom Ellis playing two different characters at the same time. Just the glimpses we see showcases his acting skills as he gives the two distinct feelings.

* Lucifer effortlessly takes down a bunch of {{Mooks}} in an epic HallwayFight, either by using his SuperStrength to beat them into unconsciousness or by redirecting their guns[=/=]attacks into each other. Appropriately, the fight is set to Music/SHINee's ''Lucifer''.

* While dark, it's also cathartic to witness the bloody revenge Lucifer and Maze dish out on the gangers responsible for Dan's murder. Maze unleashes her full fury, slicing men to pieces with her knives. As for the leader, Lucifer show his glowing red eyes and simply whispers into the man's ear, letting him know he'll live...but also ''exactly'' what's awaiting him in Hell. The man collapses to his knees, sobbing, clearly wishing he was dead but also terrified of what's going to happen when he gets there.

* The fact that bumbling thief Lee did something not even LUCIFER was able to do: All on his own he was able to escape his Hell Loop and, in turn, leave Hell and enter Heaven.
* Chloe's beatdown of Michael fuelled by the super strength granted by Amenadiel's necklace is ridiculously awesome. As is the fact that despite having him dead to rights, and holding Azrael's blade, Chloe resists its compulsion.
* Lucifer's AwesomeMomentOfCrowning. As "And so it Begins" by Klergy plays, as every angel in existence bows before him, while he raises the Flaming Sword high above his head, you come to the realization that ''this'' -- this one, single, '''''amazing''''' moment -- is where Lucifer has been heading all along. That everything that has happened upon on his journey, from his Fall to moving to Los Angeles and finally, to meeting and falling in love with Chloe... it was all to prepare him for this. For the day where he replaces his Father, and becomes '''God'''.
