*** And it once again shows Emu's skill in duping people into going along with his plans, similar what he did to get the other doctors to work together to use Drago Knight Hunter Z. Furthermore, we're treated to a use of UnspokenPlanGuarantee: up until that point, we knew that Chronos still had a Lv. 0 in his service to thwart such as scheme, so why would Emu attempt it again? For all the flak he tends to get, Emu is much smarter and skilled with people than he gets credit for.

* In general this entire special is really well made and written. Many or most Kamen Rider crossovers tend to be just an ExcusePlot for the riders to work together and beat up the bad guy, but this special shows us good use of their characterizations and in Yoko Minato's case even furthered it than the show did other than just being a follower of Kaito Kumon. [[note]]This special is even more amazing if you know who the writer is. It's Kento Shimoyama the same writer of the much maligned ''Series/ShurikenSentaiNinninger''. While that series may be hated by parts of the fandom, this special may have redeemed him for some.[[/note]]

** To elaborate: Pancreatic cancer is one of the most - if not THE most - malignant cancers there is, and even if successfully operated on it's more than likely the cancer will return and the patient's days are numbered. The surgery itself is risky and dangerous and the patient stood a good chance of dying on Hiiro's operating table, ruining Hiiro's surgeon stats and career. Despite this, Hiiro risked his career anyway to save a person who had resigned himself to death and will probably die soon anyway, just because he could.
