* In "The Walking House Caper", Dottie cleverly lures a costumed crook away from the house where her sister and friends are being held prisoner, rescuing them. Larry thanks her but says she should have called the police. He's interrupted by sirens as Sheriff Bagley arrives. Dottie did call him, and he would have arrived just in time to intervene if the culprit caught Dottie in the act of rescuing the others. Rarely is Larry as completely in awe of Dottie as he is at that moment.

* Pretty much every {{Villain of the Week}}'s EvilPlan (standout schemes include making a train disappear and creating a fake airport to steal a plane). The show has an impressively large number of {{Magnificent Bastard}}s for an animated ShortRunner series. Even the villains who don't count due to being too unpleasant or breaking down during the summations have plans that are just as intelligent as the various {{Magnificent Bastard}}s.

* Plenty of the villains schemes are quite bold and crafty, particularly in "The Real Gone Gondola", "The Disappearing Airport Caper", and "The Circus Caper".

* As much of a blowhard as Whimper is in general, he does get his moment to shine in the pilot when he chases after the fleeing BigBad, bites the man's pants and trips him.

* In one episode, Dottie is shown biking from the club house to a ski resort, in the snow, carrying herself, two full grown dogs, and a pair of skis. There are pro bikers who would find this a daunting task. Dotty's not even winded when she arrives.

* Larry himself deserves an awesome shoutout for just how clever he is. Many of meddling kids have done explanation wrap ups, but Larry sometimes just makes you feel dumb as he explains how he figured out this insanely weird mystery. Dottie even once mentions just how smart he is.
