*** The anime provides a massive and well-deserved expansion/canonical overwrite of this that properly delivers on the threat level of the [[AuthorityEqualsAsskicking Royal Guard]]: Nimaiya doesn't stay down like in the manga, but gets almost ''immediately'' revived by Senjumaru so they, Kirinji, and Hikifune can split up into solo fights with the '''Schutzstaffel''', where they proceed to perform evenly against their empowered foes for a time...though ultimately, the various [[StoryBreakerPower broken abilities]] of each member overpower them.
