However, Bandit Chief seems to have Linkara on the ropes before Linksano [[BigDamnHeroes comes to his rescue]], revealing that the incident from Halloween 2021 was actually part of the Bandit Chief's scheme to gain intelligence on Linkara, thus breaking the rules!

* After five years, the Contest of Champions is finally over! And it ends with probably the oddest way possible - a ''Franchise/YuGiOh''-style card game between Linkara and Bandit Chief. However, Bandit Chief seems to have Linkara on the ropes before Linksano comes to his rescue, revealing that the incident from the Longbox of the Damned 2021 was actually part of the Bandit Chief's plot to gain intelligence on Linkara, thus breaking the rules!
** The Bandit Chief isn't done, though - when his deceit is revealed, he ends up having his men invade the stadium (who are all clones). However, he ''greatly'' underestimates the beings hosting this and they easily get rid of the invasion.
** Despite this victory, Linkara isn't satisfied and tells them, under no uncertain terms that he wants to beat Bandit Chief in an amazing SelfDeprecation moment over the storyline's infamous TroubledProduction:
