* KickTheDog: Kiryu is given one of these moments in episode 8 when he punches Nagisa for continually questioning all of his orders despite technically fulfilling them. As if Kiryu constantly yelling at his brother before, and the scars on Nagisa's back weren't evidence enough for viewers at what a JerkAss he is.

** Kaito manages to secure some office circulars to get the money to acquire the equipment they needed to run A-TEC operations with in episode 4, after having been forcefully promoted into management by Nagisa. Basically he couldn't ask for 600 million yen upfront (not that he didn't try in previous episodes though), so instead he asked for 20 million yen, the max amount he could request without approval from his boss, thirty times at different points during the two weeks he had been promoted. When Angelina suspects fraud, one of the students points out that while there's a limit to how much they can get per request, there's no company rules or guidelines stating how many times they can ask for funds. They even check the company policy books several times to make sure. Nagisa tells him later that since his 30 requests weren't all sent at once, and each were for legitimate business use, he wouldn't of been able to veto it even if he was aware of the plan ahead of time.
