* ''Series/TheChroniclesOfNarniaBBC'': Downplayed in ''The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe'', in a non-sexual example. In the book, Edmund forgets his big fur coat when he sneaks out of the Beavers' house, so he has to make his travels in the snow without it, making it a terrible journey for him. In the adaptation, however, he does have his coat. He even tries to take it off when the snow starts melting, until the Witch glares at him.
