* This is one of the reasons why ''WesternAnimation/HeyArnold'' is so fondly remembered - because it has multiple occasions in which side characters have the focus on them. While the main characters do appear, oftentimes they are playing more of a supporting role. Harold, Stinky, Oskar, Phoebe, and more often receive at least one episode. Several more were planned (Such as one focusing primarily on Nadine and allegedly Sheena) but this never came forth.
