Anonymous: I've got a theory that states "Paradise City (from Burnout Paradise) is Pacific City before it separated from the mainland". I've actually got a little evidence to back it up: You can see some land off in the far distance from some of the coastal areas of Pacific City, and Paradise City is overrun with street racers, meaning that law enforcement was doing poorly.
