Devil's Advocate: To avoid adding natter to the article page, I'll say this here: "Churchill was half American; whether this adds to or detracts from his inherent awesome is a subject of some debate." In my opinion, that neither adds nor detracts one whit to Churchill's awesome. It adds a huge amount to America's awesome, and I say that as an American.
Kingogtheingdaw: I removed that, as it was rather unnecessary and insulting towards Americans.
Fanra: I'm not sure what you find insulting, I agree with Devil's Advocate, his being half American adds a huge amount to our (America's) awesome. So does JFK making him an honorary US Citizen.
