Question: why does the history start at the formation of the CR? Shouldn't it also briefly cover the horrible, horrible Hapsburgs? What about Havel taking three terms insead of two because "Czechoslovakia" and "the Czech Republic" technically being different? If nobody fleshes this out, I will take it upon myself to make this article made of win. -Amalka
